Hotel Mirage

Mirage is clean, has an excellent t breakfast and the staff is so welcoming and nice!

Very nice and attentive staff, particularly the one at the breakfast room.The breakfast itself was very nice and enjoyable for a 3 stars hotel. The room very clean, with a desk in case someone needs to work and also more plugs than I've seen in other hotels, even though some were a bit hidden and hard to find at first.The location of the hotel is one of the best, as it's at only 4 minutes away from the bus terminal taking you anywhere else, including the train station, reachable in 5 minutes by bus if you don't feel like walking 15 to 20 minutes.

The bathroom ventilation wasn't very good, causing a not so pleasant smell which never disappeared. It could have been an issue with the plumbing too. Worth investigating. Wasn't anything disruptive or upsetting though.Some minor noise insulation issues when other guests entered their room closing the doors with way too much force. Annoying late at night or early in the morning. It largely depends on the guests.

It is a family owned Hotel. The owner is really helpful and the service is great. The Hotel was really clean. Close to the Hotel you can take the train to Pisa, Firenze, Lucca and if needed Rome.

Really convenient for the beach- just across the road - and about 15 minutes walk from the station. In a side street so fairly quiet. There is a restaurant but it is only open part of the week and is on the pricey side so you wouldn't want to eat there every night. Breakfast - plenty of choice and you can have eggs cooked to order.

It would have been nice to have an information folder in the room - times of breakfast, when the restaurant is open, etc I found the external shutter really hard work to pull up and down!

This property has it all! A great breakfast, a wonderful restaurant, and an excellent location. The staff is always ready and willing to assist with any questions you may have.

Only central location

Conditioner had only heating function. Staff answered , that it's not too hot for cooling.No refrigerator in the room.

Breakfast and location were great

The room was next to the stairway and I could hear some sounds from elsewhere in the building. Maybe the noise isolation of the door or ventilation could be improved

Breakfast was excellent, it's continental and they have gluten free options. The location is good and only a 10 min walk from the station. Staff were kind.

Very close to the Carnivale area that Viareggio is famous for. Only a block away. A very nice breakfast was included. The staff were all very good and helpful.

My single room was quite tiny. Sufficient for my stay but seemed a bit pricy.

The building is old but the toilets and lift has been renovated. Restaurant food is really good

The weather was stormy. The window shutters were making a noise in the wind. I had to sleep with ear plugs.

It is real italian place with very attentive and fabulous staff. The restaurant downstairs serves high quality sea food. I still remember this experience. Thank you!
