Friendly staff,comfortable room,great breakfast.

It was close to the beach and price was good. Breakfast was decent and kitchen staff were nice.

Its walls were so thin that you could hear other guests. We couldn’t sleep until after midnight. The room is old and floors need repair. Also, other guests smokes sigarate in the balcony where our bathroom window was opened to.

The rooms were disgustingly dirty. There was mold growing on the walls. The beds were hard and uncomfortable very old mattresses. When I spoke with the manager, they said it is what it is. They never upgraded. My rumor. Got me out of there. I woke up with a sore throat for at least 48 hours after. We were forced to leave the hotel immediately in the hotel refused to give us any compensation for the remaining days

The breakfast was buffet style (and yes, you can serve yourself) and had plenty of options. The waitress for the coffees was wonderful and friendly. Front desk staff Davide I believe his name was, was terrific. Recommended good restaurants and very helpful!

Bathroom shower needs updating

The very reasonably priced room had a birds eye view of the boardwalk, beach, and ocean… with a balcony too! The listing said sea view, and I took that with a grain of salt. But when I arrived i found it was about as good a sea view as anyone could ask for. It wasn’t just from the balcony itself, but from inside as well since the door and window to the balcony are all glass. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was very good, with staff on hand to make coffee drinks or provide whatever. The hotel itself is well maintained and on the modern side, which I liked. They also rent bicycles, which was great. What a great value!

The room was very narrow, but I was really happy with it regardless. I was traveling solo, so didn’t need much. The bathroom faucet sticks out oddly close to the edge of the sink, so it splashes on the floor when you wash hands. No bid deal, just kind of funny.

This friendly hotel is the perfect place to relax and explore all that Viareggio has to offer.The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are kind, helpful and efficient. I was so comfortable that I extended my stay. The hotel location is roughly mid-promenade with many eateries close by, easy access to the beach and a wooded park only two blocks away.

There is nothing I did not like about my stay.

The location is super. The hotel is on the major promenade with access to beach and to a wide array of cafes and restaurants. All staff are engaging, helpful and friendly. Their English is better than my Italian so we went with English. The reception area and breakfast areas are lovely. Food is plentiful and the atmosphere is nice.

The hotel elevator reeked of mildew. It was the only place that I detected mildew but it was an instant negative. I had booked a single room. It served and everything worked. The bed was comfortable and bathroom appliances were modern and worked very well. It is a minor quible, but I wished the room had been just little bit wider.

Great location, upfront the sea side. Friendly staff. Tasty croassants on the breakfast. Bath supplies including tooth paste and tooth brushes (in case you don't have your own), also slippers are available.

Hair dryer was very strange (i didn't see that type on other hotels) and it was not very convenient.

Everything was very clean, stuff was extremely friendly. Great location. Nice breakfast on the terrace with the sea view, choice is not very big but everything fresh and tasty

Room was quite small (although we chose the simplest room available, without balcony). The room overlooks the main street so it can be quite loud from traffic

Hotel has very good location. Staff is hospitalier. Responded quickly to all our requests. Only breakfast could be more diverse, there are no vegetables. At least plum tomatoes could be offered. But the breakfast area is on a very nice roof terrace.It's not the hotel's fault, but the only problem is the lack of regular public transport in the town of Viareggio. The distances are large, and it is difficult to walk everywhere by foot. It is a 25-minute walk to the train station by foot. The coast of Liguria is beautiful, wide, but unfortunately, even at the beginning of July, I didn't come out to enjoy the pleasures of swimming, because all three days there were such big waves that I couldn't swim normally. The beach has been turned into a business. Three chairs, one sunbed and a umbrella cost at least 25 euros per day. It is ungodly expensive. For that price, you should have a leather bed with a canopy. Good, but too expensive to go regularly to Viareggio to relax. In addition, you can buy a variety of vegetables, fruits and berries in just one place in the town. It's sad. Near the train station. However, near the beach, there are a lot of brand-name shops with very few customers. Ice cream shops offer delicious ice cream. Exaggeratedly high prices in restaurants. Only at the port can you enjoy a wide range of fish at an adequate price. Viareggio beach is a beautiful place, but one that you can only visit once if you haven't won money in the lottery. There are many other places where I can get the same for a more acceptable price. But the location of the hotel is perfect, and the promenade is so wide that public meetings could be held there.

Location is fantastic. Rooftop view's and breakfast area are beautiful. Staff are very nice and helpful.

Wow, location amazing. Sea front hotel.Clean and comfortable. Amazing self serve breakfast. With the best pastries we have ever had. Catered for one member of our group gluten free.The staff were brilliant, kind and friendly. Booking us restaurants and taxis when we needed them. They work so hard, to make you feel special. We will be back, this is rare for us. As we never usually return. As like to try different hotels.
