Hotel Lukas Vegetarian & Vegan

The hotel has been nicely renovated, with a taste of the old structure. The rooms and bathrooms are large, and the air conditioning works perfectly. The staff welcomes you at your arrival and every single person there is nice and friendly and does their best to accomodate your needs. We particularly enjoyed breakfast with many different choices and vegetarian/vegan option even if we are not vegetarian.

In the Summer (August) the whole area is crowded and since there is no reserved parking, it would have been useful to have at least an option to pay at the hotel and park in the whole area around it, while every street requires its own parking ticket. There is no elevator to the top floor, just be careful if you have many luggages (it was not our case) to request a room at a lower level.

Wonderful location, Cindy and her staff are very welcoming, excellent value for the money. Freshly made scrambled eggs, great breakfast buffet. The rooms are comfortable, thank you for a wonderful stay.

Our toilet was not working. The owner did fix it but it stopped working again after a few hours. I would have asked to move rooms if we were to stay longer

The owner of the hotel was very nice and prepared for every breakfast American pancakes for our kid, even if they didn't have them on a regular basis

I have zero complaints!

It was amazing Cindy and the staff was awesome The breakfast in the morning was delicious, Cindy was very polite and generous with my morning cappuccino. Everyday I came back from my adventure I had fresh towels and a very clean and organized room. I had a very great relaxing stay at Lukas hotel I would rebook if I'm ever in the area again. My last day at the Hotel I needed a ride to the Airport and Cindy was really awesome and helped me get a taxi she was really amazing.

The bed was a bit rock solid

The staff were exceptionally kind and considerate of everything provided. I am a solo traveller with my dog and I honestly loved how considerate they were to all the needs my pet has, they even provided a little surprise box for us when we arrived. I am so grateful to have stayed here and will definitely stay here again when I return to Viareggio. The location is perfect to get into the city and parking is easy!

The location is great, everything is very organized, clean, all the staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good. I really liked it.

Nothing to complain about

The staff were friendly. The atmosphere of the hotel is cozy and comfy. The rooms are spacious and the aircon functions great. The toilet and bath has enough space. And they can call a taxi for you going to the train station. The location is also great coz it is just a couple of feet away from the bay

Parking in front of the hotel for 7 eur/24h, sea view, clean, air conditioning, they helped us with an early breakfast.

The third bed in our room was not very comfortable, and some parts of the room (for example the bathroom door) was very dated.

Everything. Especially the host lady. She was sooo kind. And her welcome drink was absolutely gorgeous. Always ready to help us. If you are planning to spend some night in Viareggio, I truly recommend Hotel Lukas.

A bit biased as we love this hotel, 3rd visit and we're going back in September.What makes it for us is the staff, everyone is great, all are very helpful. The rooms are also very comfortable with all you need, which for us was all the basics plus air conditioning and a safe.Don't want to say much more as we always book too late and don't want you pinching our room next year, sorry.

Great location at the Puccini square, with a big park on the other side of the road. Nice sea view from the balcony. Very kind owner and staff at the reception.Breakfast was good, nice coffee.Comfortable bed with hard matrass.

The only thing I was not happy with is the glass door of the bathroom.
