Palace Hotel

We rented the 2 bedroom apartment. Had everything we needed. And right across from the beach.

I loved the view of the Mediterranean ocean, close to Pisa, the room was beautiful, the bed and couch were comfortable, the staff was helpful and amazing and the breakfast was fantastic.

I can’t thing of anything I disliked.

Very nice rooms, with high ceilings and spaciously laid out! The bedding was a treat as it was very soft and comfortable. The property is very close to the beach and promenade. The breakfast was great and had an immense amount of options.

Two recommendations would be to have a booklet in the room, to go over the property, breakfast hours, menus, and hours of their restaurant. Also, as me and my partner have allergies if the items in the buffet can be marked with allergen markers that would be helpful. It indicated dietary options for buffet but without the signage we stuck to our safe foods.

The location is excellent, on the main shops and restaurants right along the coast of the Mediterranean.

Only one staff person working in the roof-top restaurant took a disliking to us for some reason. I didn't it let it spoil the wonderful time we had and how kind and helpful the reception staff were.

Nice hotel and great location.

Our room 309 had unpleasant bad smell ,especially in the evening time. We had to open a window to get this smell out.

Besides being comfortable and clean, the staff was exceptional! Breakfast was beyond delicious with an assortment of foods

The manager on the rooftop for happy hour and breakfast needs professionalism and communication skills improvement.He is a liability and not a good look for the Palace Hotel Management. You might want to rethink his position.

It’s art deco hotel, a lot of interesting things inside hotel, very old mirrors, furniture and other thighs. Nice terrace

For us not very comfortable beds( small)

Nothing,the manager of hotel call me last minute before checking in and told me about they want to cancel my reservation because hotel is over booked I have big stress and only regarding booking com I can stay comfortably,writing my review because don’t want anyone else in my shoes and some one cancel your reservation at last minute in high season Ferragosto in Viareggio

Amazing hotel, you can not dislike anything about this place, the staff are so friendly and attentive, helping everyone to have a memorable stay. Rooms are really spacious and comfortable and the pillows just heavenly good.This hotel is unique and I will definitely book again for my next trip.

Rooms are not soundproof

Our room was very comfortable, the shower amazing and breakfast was amazing each morning! the staff incredibly polite, even met the manager at dinner on the rooftop. Our meal was fantastic!

Gorgeous room, fantastic location, they treated us like kings and queens.A royal treat to be so pampered in our lovely suite. Beautiful building in a lively location, but quiet personal space indoors. Great attention to detail, extreme courtesy, interesting history to the hotel.

The hotel features a unique concept called SHe Travel, which we enjoyed. The rooms are both elegant and spacious, with a sea view. Breakfast is served in a stylish manner, and Gabi provided exceptional service and elegance while serving the meals.
