Villa Rosy

Villa Rosy is a beautiful and quiet place. Very clean. The people who attend us were exceptional. The best coffee in Italy and the restaurant associated to the hotel is extraordinary. We enjoy every detail.

We liked everything.

It’s charming and the quadruple room was very comfortable for family of 4. Property and rooms are spotless. Close enough to the see and the guests at Villa Rosy have entrance at Bagno Lido, which is convenient. We loved the breakfast included in the rate. Laura and her staff are very welcoming and went over and above to accommodate us. Mille grazie Laura!!

Minor hiccup on arrival: Apple maps sends you to the opposite side of the road.

The Lady who ran it was sooooooo helpful and friendly. The breakfast was brilliant - everything you could want.The room was perfect bed very comfortable and the ensuite was also very clean and efficient.

It was a bit expensive - about 20 min walk from station and 10 mins from beach x

Breakfast: most adequate and included cheese for northern European tastes; extra coffee was not a problem;Room: was absolutely fine though A/C was a little temperamental on the first night, but I am not American; staff fixed this promptly the next morning;Beach: not applicable

The shower was a little awkward, one of these so-called 'modern' installations whereby the water went all over the floor; I just left the windows open and it dried up in time.

Lovely location, wonderful European breakfast, nice room with a small patio. We rented bikes from the property since it was a bit of a walk down to the beach. The bike rental was very reasonable.

I don't think we have anything bad to say about Villa Rosy, we had a lovely stay, and the hosts were so gracious. Fabulous restaurants on the beach and great beaches.

The room was nice and clean; the same goes for the bathroom. Nice lady at the reception. Convenient parking behind a gate. You also get a discount voucher for a restaurant at the nearby beach, which we used and it was really nice. I didn't expect much, and I only discovered it that day, so no planning or looking for an alternative, but it actually turned out to be really good.

The breakfast was lovely and we loved the little outside sitting area by our room. Staff is very friendly

Kind staff, good proximity to the beach.

The rooms are very close to each other and you can hear if the neighbours are louder.

The lady working there is lovely although you need to speak Italian to communicate. There is air conditioning in each room and the cleaner comes in every day to clean.

The breakfast was quite limited - great coffee but otherwise nothing special. The location is close to the road so it was quite noisy.

Bad

The hostel it self was overrated. The prize doesn't matched our expectations, on image's it looks good, but in real life it was disaster. The room interior is super cheep, everything there seems ridiculously (for example - shower and toilet is the same room, literally shower was located above toilet). Breakfast was so pore, can't even describe (have to admit, coffee was excellent).

Nice location close to the beach and to the town center. Lovely breakfast . room / bathroom have been recently refurbished.

the neighbors have peacocks and chickens…..lots of LOUD peacock calls and roosters crowing all hours

Space, quiet, very friendly family management

The perfect position very close to the town center and to the main beaches, the wonderful green garden all around the main buildings. Our room had been recently renovated and accurately refurnished: perfect air conditioning. Staff always helpful and very caring.

No air condition, but a ventilatorNext to the room is a kids playground with different rides and makes a lot of noise.
