Room was good size with a walkin closet. Bed was excellent.

Wifi could be improved but it did work.

Location - 100 m of the seaside and the hotel gets discounts for sun beds from some of the “bagnos”.15 min. walking from/to the train station.Cleanliness - linen, towels, bathroom, general areas.Brightness - the hotel is really bright and creates positiveness from the very entrance.Breakfast - tasty.Staff - perfect, friendly, helpful.

There were some rare problems with Internet in my room but it was a good opportunity to go downstairs to the lovely conference room and work there, if necessary. However, it wasn’t a problem. It was nothing.

The hotel is very well located across from the sea, it has an imposing, bright building where you feel good from the moment you enter. There is a nice garden for the breakfast, which was excellent, and two more terraces at different levels. Everything is spacious, confortable and very clean and the staff showed special attention to the guests.Compliments to the manager !

The windows dont have mosquito nets. My room and the hotel in general was invaded by them and respectively I didnt sleep much... I hope they do something about it. Its not so expensive to install them on every window

There were a few mosquitos in the room.

When I first got into the room there was a lot of mosquitos because the air conditioning was off. After spending some time hunting them and getting the AC turned on it was fine.

We arrived for the carnival. The location is perfect for this purpose, within the carnival circle, i.e. you do not need to buy a ticket to enter. Our room was facing the street (with a sea view), so you could watch the parade from the terrace - but it is better to participate :) The staff is very friendly, the cappuccino is great as well as the breakfast - you can try a wide range of Italian cakes.

The staff were very cordial & helpful. The location of the hotel is quite good . It's directly on the beach & there are a lot of good restaurants nearby

The bath in the bathroom/toilet itself was quite small

We stayed 2 nights and travelled by train. Train station in walking distance. Hotel in a very central location in the vicinity of restaurants, yet our room was quiet at night. Bathroom was clean with plenty of towels. Very polite staff, reception open 24h, very good breakfast.

Lovely hotel on the seafront. Beautiful building with charming interior. Light and airy and spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds. Sea view from our room on 3rd floor. Good breakfasts. Kind and helpful staff on reception and breakfast service.

Superb location and views from the balcony were very special. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. Handy to have a mini bar with space in the fridge for a couple more items. The balcony was the outstanding feature. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options. Generous times too as can have breakfast from 7:30am - 11am. Hotel is clean with nice facilities. Location is great, directly facing the beach. Short walk to the harbour. Hotel is not far from the train station. I walked from the station to the hotel on arrival which took around twenty minutes. On departute, took a taxi and was at the station in five minutes.

Single room was small which is to be expected but not much space when you have a suitcase and bag.

The shower cubicle is too small. Especially for older folk. Our garden view consisted of a painted wall as we were in a corner position. Disappointing!

The location of this hotel is great.The breakfast offered was delicious. My room although quite small had a ocean view.Not close enough to hear the waves,but close enough to enjoy the view.

I didn't like that they didn't have a spa,and the water in the bar area seemed old with lemons in it.

Breakfast was good, wide choice and variety. Long duration of its availability was good as well.Location was ideal - on the main seafront, close to bars and restaurants.The room was a little small. It smelled of cigarette smoke when we arrived.Reception staff were excellent, very helpful.

Our room was for disables but we were not informed about it before our trip.Just public parking possibility and our car was broken into at the busstation (150m far from the hotel). But after this issue with the support of the hotel sraff we could rent a garage.
