Hotel Eden

location

The people in this hotel are dishonest. I had a problem with the room and had to pay for 1 night. The manager said they would credit the 2 nights, but did not. I have an email stating this but the HOTEL EDEN did not pay. I did not stay at all. The beds were so soft and i have a bad back. The place smelled of pets. The thought of sleeping in a bed many dogs and cats have slept in is not appealing.

Beach

There is no parking nearby. The staff was not helpful.

Viareggio was a surprise. Great architecture, great shopping and lots of seaside restaurants and beach clubs. The hotel was great value for money. The breakfast was sumptious.

Beachfront property with an awesome rooftop deck. Staff explained the beach club system and offered discount coupons. Breakfast is excellent and there is a cute little bar service in the lobby.

The cooling system was confusing.

Great hotel on the seafront in Viareggio. Very comfortable, friendly and clean. Highly recommend.

Position and view

Noise issues there is no sound proofing.

The elegance of the hotel. The location was excellent for all amenities and staff friendly and welcoming, and the how relaxed it made our stay feel.

I loved everything! The location was perfect. I had come to experience Carnevale and the hotel was right in the middle of all the fun. This would be a great location in the summer too, right across the street from the sea. I didn’t have a front balcony, but there was a sun deck on the roof which made viewing the parade very easy. My room was impeccably clean and seemed very recently remodeled - much better than the photos. It was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was also great, there were so many choices, savory and sweet.

The only thing I can think of is the buzzing sound when room doors were opened. It was startling when opening my own door, and a little disturbing when I could hear other’s doors buzzing.

The location is great. The room was clean. Good breakfast.

The room was a bit small.

The location and the receptionist is so nice, but the staff in the break fast is not so good because the gestures of the staff and she discriminated us because we’re not italian.. I hope they treat well next time ,we are Filipino people.. thanks.. I hope you understand our feelings

Location, breakfast, confortable beds

No AC in the room, a lot of mosquitoes cause there’s no net on the windows, key room was not working on the day we departed and we stayed at the dark.

It was a great location with parking right out front.

The room was kinda small n only one place to charge phone. As it’s an old hotel.

Very well maintained hotel. Staff courteous and helpful. Room was simple but met expectations. Cleaning superb. Lovely rooftop terrace. Breakfast had options for every taste. Excellent location. 15 mins from train station and 5 mins from bus station.

No issues or problems with anything.

The hotel was located right in front of the beacg. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was very nice.

Unfortunately, we were not aware that we had to request to turn on the air conditioner. By the time, we requested for it to turn on and was told that it was too late to turn on. Even though, we were given a fan, we got mosquito bites the whole night.

So much noise. Cleaning ppl started at 8am ( so we had to tell on reception) , next door teenagers scream at night .

Everything about this hotel is first class. The staff the cleanliness of the hotel the Breakfast was delicious and plenty of choices too!
