The hotel was in a great area. The facilities and service excellent. The indoor pool and spa was appreciated especially during cold weather.The bartender went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Breakfast was exceptional.

Modern, comfortable, contemporary Locations by the beach when things are open in season

The roof top restaurant food was disappointing. Cold, overcooked and no flavor.We visited mid October and there was nothing open in the surrounding area. No restaurants, only Macdonalds!

beautiful hotel, accommodating to its guests in every way, rooms are super clean and spacious, access to the terrace with water view is a bonus feature, rooftop restaurant offers great selection and excellent service, parking at no charge is a plus, breakfast buffet offers excellent variety, out stay was a delight

The only thing to mention is the availability of food service options within the complex. Not a big deal as there are plenty of options outside the property walking distance.

The resort and rooms, STAFF WOW!! , room service and house keeping at their best, facilities are amazing, food is tasty, location is perfect. I could have stayed 2 weeks instead of 6 nights; it is an excellent and relaxing resort (the feeling is more than 5 starts).

The facilities and location

The hotel needs to be renovated, the bathrooms are very overused and old, same with the furniture.Also cleanliness is not that wow, they clean fast without checking. They dont swipe the floor or anything they literally make the bed and remove the trash thats it. No changing of tissues, floors arent cleaned.

Crisp clean hotel with comfortable beds. Nice open pool and a spa. Delicious breakfasts. A lot of parking space.

Beach facilities are not included and have to be purchased separately at one of the beaches in the area. This might be quite expensive: 40 to 70 euro per day. But this seems to be the standard practice in Versilia, nothing to do with the hotel.

Airconditioning Control Panel in Bedroom was not working. Had to reset from reception every time we changed temperature or fan setting

Gym lacked sufficient equipments. Rooms should have international electric plugs or at least adaptors

We stayed at Hotel Versilia Lido for seven days and had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the service and facilities were nothing short of five-star.We were lucky enough to receive a complimentary room upgrade to a studio, which was spacious, spotlessly clean, and came equipped with every amenity we could have hoped for. The rooftop bar and restaurant were a real highlight — serving fantastic drinks and delicious food, all while offering breathtaking views of the sunset. It was the perfect place to unwind in the evening.The poolside area was beautifully maintained, with just the right balance of sunbeds and shaded areas. We loved spending relaxed, lazy days by the pool. The wellness centre is also outstanding — well-equipped gym, lovely spa facilities including a sauna, steam room, and an indoor pool with hydrotherapy features that were all brilliantly maintained and very enjoyable.The location of the hotel is excellent — quiet but well-connected. Hiring bikes from the hotel made it incredibly easy to get to the local train station, giving us access to day trips to places like Cinque Terre, Pisa, Lucca, and other nearby towns via the coastal cycle path. This added a huge amount of value to our stay.The staff throughout the hotel were consistently welcoming, friendly, and helpful — from reception to the breakfast and restaurant teams. But we want to give a special mention to Sylvia, the pool bar attendant, who was an absolute standout. Not only did she serve excellent drinks, but she was also a wonderful ambassador for the hotel — full of local knowledge, tips on where to go and how to get there, and always warm, professional, and engaging. Her presence made our afternoons by the pool even more enjoyable.This hotel exceeded all our expectations. A perfect blend of luxury, relaxation, and location — we would return in a heartbeat. Five stars.

Great location. Facilities included park like setting with large pool. Front desk was outgoing to make reservations at beach clubs and restaurants. Check out rooftop for sunset views. Large private parking was a plus. Bathrobes for all guests were appreciated and even came in kids size ?

Mold in bathrooms and no restock on body lotion.

The hotel is clean and nice. Excellent breakfast. The staff was very kind. Very comfortable rooms.

The only downside was the shower — the water pressure was very weak, and the bath floor was extremely slippery, which made it a bit uncomfortable to use.

Great place with bunch of complimentary recr activities.

Spa personnel was quite annoying, ruining vibes with constant taboos, e.g. kids were not allowed to jump in the pool. Some other guests asked to disinfect one area, it smelled chemicals across the whole facilities. You should when no one is there.

Staff was amazing friendly. Breakfast buffet was great.Location was good and the beach easy to reach.

Room 327 had a air-conditioning that was so loud that we couldn't sleep till we switched it of and opened the window for fresh air. Then we switched to room 225 where the sliding door handle fell away and in the bathroom the air exchange cover felt on the head during showering. It seems as the hotel is in need of some serious maintenance!As it was our last 2 nights in Italy, we expected something marvelous but left disappointed.

Nice hotel, with multiple activities to be done. Great room which was perfect for 2 adults and 1 child. Great roof bar with very friendly staff. The reception staff was not very enthusiastic and proactive, maybe because it was the start of the season and they were still in training.

Great breakfast, very good and spacey room, good location for a sea trip. We were just passing through, but it was even better when not in the summer season, without lots of people and no rush.

we really liked how the stuff treated us, all the things included in the price (like the spa).We stayed here just for 1 night and we didn’t spent lots of money.Everything was clean and the room was really wide, clean and comfortable.The restaurant was great, we’ve eaten just one meal, tordellonj al ragú di manzo, but it was really satisfying, especially for the appetizer they offered to us.The room service was excellent, it didn’t cost much.Everything was great, we’re satisfied and surely we’ll come back.
