Hotel Savoia e Campana

For the very fair price - we were expecting a more basic hotel - this hotel had a lovely feel of an old-world European hotel and clean and very friendly staff. The two brothers that are running the family are genuinely concerned about your happiness.

There was not anything we didn't like - If I was searching for negatives - like all places - there are some imperfections - but weighing the price and awesome service - they don't warrant mention.

A wonderful stay, with extremely helpful and friendly staff, in the centre of Montecatini, two steps away from all the points of interest.

Great hotel for an astonishingly low price. Parts of the installations look a bit retro, but everything is in excellent condition, very clean and tidy. The staff were exceptional. The location is very convenient. The air conditioning worked extremely well.

It was hard to find the entrance door. The content of the shampoo sachets is laughable. At first, I thought they were empty of how little shampoo they had. My room was a bit noisy at night due to a nearby air conditioning unit.

The location of this hotel is very near all the attractions that Montecatini Terme has to offer. It's close to shopping and restaurants which you can walk to from here. The hotel staff, front desk and maid service, were very accommodating and extremely nice.

The hotel is quite old and has seen better days. It desperately needs a face lift. It does not have parking (you have to find your own and we knew that as we have stayed in Montecatini before). The rooms are not super clean and the bathrooms are old and rustic. No frills whatsoever is a good way to describe it. There is only breakfast to be had, although this was good. They do not serve drinks or food otherwise.

Lovely welcome and friendly staff, even allowed us to leave our bags in the room while visiting Florence for the day. Central location. Only drawback is no tea/coffee facilities or a kettle in the room

Good location, some minutes walk from Montecatini terme centro railway station, good choise of cafes and shops close to hotel and polite welcoming service in hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel and I can’t say enough good things about it. The hotel’s location is perfect, situated in the heart of an amazing city with easy access to all the major attractions, restaurants, and shops. With a less than one-hour distance to Florence, Lucca, or Viareggio by train, Montecatini Terme has become my new favorite place in Tuscany.Overall, my experience was exceptional, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay with outstanding service. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

Beautiful old world hotel with no pretense!Close to city life but snuggled away on a quiet, lovely back street. Simple, yet took care of all our needs.

The staff were lovely. Very welcoming and friendly. Made us feel comfortable.The location was great for being central to the town............however EXCEPTIONALLY NOISY.

The noise from the street every evening until very late 2/3am was extremely loud, . Lots of people shouting, talking after being out drinking i think.Then early in the morning, 7/8am people in large walking groups talking loudly passing by.Did not get much sleep in my 2 nights stay.

The reception staff were wonderful. They were so kind and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Montercatini is very nice and well positioned for cheap train trips to Florence, Lucca and Pistoia.

I booked family room as 2 adults and 2 children (6 yeard old and 4 years old) , but in the room just three beds, in ogher side the hotel is very old, cold and thr window is broken, it was very bad night

Everything !!!The room was big , clean and had all the necessary equipment .It’s was located in the center of Montecatini-Terme Nearest train station was 5min awayThe staff / host were amazing they gave lots of good recommendations from breakfast to even for activities like The funicular of Montecatini-Terme

Friendly and helpful staff. Montecanini is a small but beautiful town.

No parking on site.

Very friendly staff, centrally located, easy check k in. We send extra requests and were ready in the room. Standard hotel quality. Spacious room. Fast WIFI. Good value.

Location in ZTL so no free parking. Aircon slightly too weak.

The hotel owners were really kind persons. Comunicative, helpfull, enjoyed each small conversation with them. Hotel is quiet, clean and few steps from the city centre.
