Location, cleanless, staff, almost everything

the room is on the corner and we were separated from the next room by a transparent partition. If the neighbors were on the balcony, they looked directly at our bed and the whole room, so we had to lower the blinds to change our clothes or go to bed

Super friendly and helpful staff breakfast great and loved the carbonara pasta we had for supper

We loved everything

We loved the location, the pools, the spacious room and the light reception and dining room decor. We'd certainly stay again.

The SPA is nice and worth it.

The shower was really weak and the water flow was very poor. We asked them to take a look, but nothing changed. They said they don’t switch rooms, so we’re not sure if all the showers are like this or if it was just ours.

Very clean and lovely staff.The catering staff wirk really hard. Theonly downside was there was a lot of groups of teenagers staying on different nights.They were noisy as we were on the front and could here them till early hours in the morning .

The price was ok and the breakfast was good.

Everything was worn out and the bathroom did not smell good.

Mattress and pillows very comfortable. Bed linen good. Good room temperature.

It’s quite outdated, no electronic access to rooms. Not usb connections. No courtesy bottle of water (you have to pay for it) and no coffee or kettle in the room. To be spa-hotel, you have to rent the robe, pay access to the swimming pool… (well, compared to others I’ve been to the Uk, where all is included, maybe not same price obs)

It was well positioned with excellent staff. This was the fourth time we have stayed.

The room size was perfect. The room also had a kettle and cups,but no coffee sachets or milk.However when I asked for milk I was supplied with a jug. I travel with sachets and we bought a packet of tea locally.The room had a good amount of plug points, so we could charge our pads etc.

Although there was a restaurant there was a limited choice of dinner options, fortunately there were a lot of good restaurants within a short walk in the town.

Not 4 star worthy hotel.

The room was very small, it wasn't properially cleaned. The towels weren't clean. Breakfast was a bit late starts at 7:30 so if you want to do something earlier you cannot have breakfast. Futhermore the rooms are outdated and not what you would expect of a 4 star hotel. Also outdoor swimming is very in the open so neigbouring buildings and people can see you swim. I haven't tried the welness therefore i don't know if that was up to standard.

The hotel is good value for money. We had a comfortable clean room. We had been travelling a bit before arrival and I had forgotten body cream, it was the only hotel we had stayed at that offered body cream in the bathrooms. I was very thankful. The staff were lovely and helpful, from front desk to cleaning lady and serving crew.

There are not enough car parking spaces, it is very complicated to stay here by car.

I found roaches in my room. On the 1st day, they clean the room but more roaches came out. On second day, I had to change my room.

Friendly staff, great location. Plenty of choice at Breakfast.

Good breakfast selection in a beautifully decorated dining room. I would have enjoyed an option to eat outside.

Reception and pool/bar area was great. Location was also good.

We had to walk a very long way lugging our heavy suitcases down multiple steps before we even arrived at the lift. The room was fine except for the internet that did not work and the shower that was too small even for my wife to use comfortably. There was a lot of street noise up until around midnight and we could not open the windows because of the smoke wafting up from the street below.From what we could see we were given a room in a distant wing of the hotel whereas other people in the hotel were able to access their rooms via a lift right next to the reception area. We asked reception why we were given such a distant room and we were told that it's just the luck of the draw. In their defence though, they did knock off the cost of parking for our car which was €12.00.

Lovely property in the heart of Montecatini Terme, easy to walk anywhere! Loved the breakfast too, it was a lovely stay as a female solo traveller :)
