I have a comment about the hygiene in the kitchen. The rooms were clean, but I had to change 5 plates to find a clean one to serve myself.

Very friendly staff, simple but nice breakfast. The bed is quite comfortable; the room is a bit worn out, but it's still okay.

Decent breakfast freindly staff central location

To open the door onto the balcony the curtains had to be all the way back . Not helped by torn curtains and ceiling mounted rail broken.

Everything was just perfect! Excellent location (10 min walk to city centre, 40 min drive to Pisa, close to Luca and 1 hour drive to 5 terre). Everything else was perfect: size of the room, AC, fridge, cleanliness, breakfast, amazing staff! Definitely would stay again!

Everyone at the hotel was very congenial and helpful. The location was excellent, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfasts had a great variety of foods, including hot scrambled eggs.It was a short, easy walk to and from the train station.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, it was very central and within walking distance to the train station. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing, so many options and very filling. The coffee was great too! A good selection of different teas as well. They also had gluten free options available on request.

The location is walking distance from the city center and the city park, staff's very welcoming, breakfast's fresh and delicious, easy to park a car.

Super clean, great breakfast (salty and sweet). Pleasant personnel. Easy to find parking on the street around the hotel - it is paid per hour, but free during the night. Fridge in the room (no freezer). Balcony

Comically confusing system to turn on the lights.

Very clean.. as it seems it is newly renovated hotel with quite location and good staff? hod bless the housekeepers they are doing their job perfectly??

Breakfast is worth to be desired

This hotel is located between the 2 train stations for montecatini - both roughly the same distance. The hotel was clean, equipped with all the necessities. Our bathroom was renovated and fairly modern. The bed was comfortable, and the room overall spacious. We spent 3 nights and it quickly felt like home to us. The breakfast was plentiful and had quite a lot of variety for continental breakfast. They replenished the towels frequently. The staff at the hotel were very helpful.

The towels were very thin and worn. We would recommend that they soon replace the towels for some newer ones. Would like to see some water bottles in the mini fridge for guest consumption.

Clean rooms, with minibar and AC. Very good location to visit the nearby cities (Firenze, Pisa, etc)

Location is the best part of this accommodation. It is located near the highway but also a 10-minute walk from the center.

The breakfast is so bad. The bread is dry, there is one type of cheese and two types of salami. They refill the food too slowly.The staff does not speak English or speaks it very poorly. Some of them speak well. The pillows are terrible. The room was not clean (except for the bed linen which seemed clean).
