Staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Rooms and facilities lovely and spotless. Room was very large. On-site restaurant was very good, great dinner. good breakfast. Had massages, and those were wonderful. Great location, easy walk all over town, including to and from train station and to funicular to go to Montecatini Alto.

The beds were a little firm, but the bedding was very nice. It would be helpful if the spa was able to book online.

The hotel exceeded my expectations - it is a historical old money style with high ceilings, historical chairs and statues - everything invites to a relax and peace, especially late check-out The room had 2 floors, the breakfast was excellent and the staff closser to 5-stars hotelYou feel an aristocratic atmosphere of the beginning of he 20th century

The staff, breakfast, and pool were all excellent. The hotel overall is very nice and definitely deserves its 4-star rating. However, one issue we noticed in all the rooms on the 4th floor was the shower setup—it lacked a handheld showerhead. This was particularly inconvenient for women who prefer not to wash their hair every day. It would be great if this could be addressed in the future.

I stayed at The Grand Hotel Vittoria with my husband, sister and brother -in-law. The hotel was lovely. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. Never a question was asked or a request made that a staff member did not go out of the way to answer / fulfill. Daniella at the front desk and Tomas and Alessio who worked the dining room and bar were standouts! Thank you Grand Hotel Vittoria for making our second trip to Montecatini so special.

A beautifully kept historic Palazzo a few steps away from the thermal park... amazing value for money..best buffet breakfast I have seen in Tuscany...staff so friendly and relaxed..you can linger on after breakfast sitting in the beautiful terrace looking at the tropical gardens, have as many coffee& cappuccino or prosecco as you like...comfy big beds...stunning old rooms at the bar Definitely will be back and also recommend it to all my clients in Dublin

Didn't like keaving

We had a wonderful stay. The location was convenient and easy to get around the other restaurants and 10 mins walk to the train station, and the cleanliness of the property was excellent. The staff was absolutely amazing, friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. A special shoutout to Diana who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome with a lovely personal touch at check-in.The breakfast was another highlight. It was hot, fresh, and a great way to start the day.

The only downside was the outdated carpets leading to the stairs, which could use a refresh to match the rest of the property’s charm.

The staff went above and beyond to help us in every way. Their English was excellent, unlike my Italian. Breakfast was exceptional too.

I wish the pool was able to be used.

The sheets had not been changed and it was obvious. There was hair and crumbs all over the sheets. When we asked for new sheets, the staff asked us to prove that they were dirty and wanted to inspect our room. NOT CLEAN and rude customer service. Location is not near central area.

Everything is as it should be. The staff is very friendly. Cleanliness is important to us and it is clean. Nice and clean pool. Value for money.Thank you Mrs Diana.

Everything was perfect, large rooms, amazing breakfast with lots of choices, good service and the pool was great. We highly recommend!

Everything was perfect. Very large room, comfy beds and well tempered. The breakfast was well furbished with fresh food.

Some water in the bedroom would be nice.

Very friendly staff the bar man in particular I didn’t take his name but he spoke many different languages always said hello and recommended me places to eat the lady that cleaned the rooms went above and beyond also always said hello gave us an extra towel when needed and the rooms were always really clean all the lady’s at the front desk also were very helpful me and my brother had a lovely stay and if in the area again will definitely stay here again

The breakfast was fantastic but would have liked more of a selection but that could be a me thing as I like my breakfast

The hotel could use a refresh – it felt old and tired in places. The staff was odd – we expected friendlier interactions. The breakfast could be more varied and tastier for a hotel of this caliber. The air conditioner was set to 27 degrees, and we couldn't change it in the room. We complained several times about the heat, but no one seemed to care. We expected more from this hotel than what we received!
