Very clean and well maintained. Quiet, relaxing location, within walking distance of the city center and the train station.The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Excellent breakfast selection with good variety. Cozy lobby area with drink options and also nice design. . Good and clean sauna and hammam facilities.

Probably could be a good option to prepare a detailed memo describing where drinking water and thermo units are located, their schedule, rules etc.

I wish to appreciate manager Oxana for wonderful hospitality and kind attention to me and my husband.Breakfast was great , service at breakfast was perfect. Very nice hotel to stay a week of your holyday and enjoy lovely Italy.

Staff were all great, spa area, breakfast buffet, everything was immaculate, well appointed rooms. I stayed here the longest of any hotel during my 3 months in Italy.

Dinner/food service was a bit overpriced compared to other meals you can have nearby of similar quality. Not by too much but, noticeable.

The staff was so kind and efficient, excellent breakfast, chic surroundings.

If you are anywhere near this area, this is the hotel to stay. Staff was very helpful, the restaurant was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. I wish we could have stayed longer to see how the spa was.

Beautiful hotel with pool and spa. Restaurants at hotel and nearby very good. Breakfast was very good.

Mosquitos were so bad we could not use pool or Gardens. We had to lube up with mosquito repellent every few hours just to go outside. The room was too hot and AC could not be controlled in room. The bed was too firm.

Very elegant hotel, a room larger than the standard ones, and the spa is wonderful, a sauna with the most beautiful view I have encountered so far

The breakfast (specifically eggs and bacon) could have been replaced a bit more frequently, but I appreciate we were eating quite late and we were visiting in low-season

Overall the structure of the hotel is great . Great swimming pool and spa . The kindness and attention of the desk / reception was great . Also I had the opportunity to use the SPA and getting very good explanation from the professional running the treatments .

Avoid this scam

We booked to use the Spa since this area is famous by wellness, they closed the Spa and I paid lots of money for nothing

Loved how quiet it was and the huge bath.

Food was quite expensive

- The SPA’s massages and the staff there- The bedroom which was comfortable and recently renovated

- the staff outside the SPA: when we arrived, we had no introduction to the different services provided or the neighborhood - despite being a 5* hotel, no one accompanied us to our bedroom. When asked at checkout if everything went well, we mentioned that the restaurant was not at the level we expected - and instead of asking us why, they just nodded.- the restaurant: food quality was poor, the fish was not cooked enough so they had to cook it again, and the staff was nice but not professional. There were 3 waiters but at some point, there was no waiter anymore, despite a few occupied tables- the bedroom: still water was provided on the first day only, then we had to pay extra (!) if we wanted another bottle. We also left dirty towels on the bathroom floor and it was not picked up.

Amazing breakfast!! Comfortable beds and the staff were lovely. Especially those looking after breakfast offering in the morning.

Shower doors in the bathroom were not hung properly so there was a gap between the doors.

All was good But our room 305 was very hot we had a baby 1 years old with us we asked for the Ac to be turned on at 3 am they receptionist said he did it but still was not working then at 03.30 am again went to reception and asked was told it was broken and need Ac techician in the morning asked lady receptionist for ac tech she said ac have been off for weeks I already knew this and knew I was lied to the night before we did open the room windows but lots of mosquitos I don’t like to be played like that

It’s a beautiful property very well kept

The mosquitos by the pool were horrendous. Even inside. I’m completely covered in bites after being there for 5 minutes. We got a phone call at 10:30am telling us that our children are too loud and the person next door was trying to sleep. It was 10:30am. She was extremely rude, obviously doesn’t have a toddler. I think this message could have been passed on a little nicer

Everything.Our stay was just as we imagined for a five-star hotel. Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. There are numerous ways of how to adjust the lightning in the room.The surroundings of the hotel were full of trees, gardens and perfectly maintained lawns.Breakfast was exceptional, and the staff fulfilled our every wish. As we were mostly around in Tuscany during the day, we had dinner in the hotel as well. This was even better - three to four courses every evening on a beautiful terrrace, every course better than the other with very reasonable prices for a five-star hotel.

Only a reminder to bring some mosquito repellent, especially if they like to bite you :)
