Hotel Nuovo Savi

Very friendly staff, especially the young guy shipMatteo was exceptionally helpful. The Russian woman also was very helpful and very nice. Was regular continental buffet with enough choices and especially exceptional fruit bowl that were incredibly tasty.

The building itself is the older building, which is kind of need an update doors are shaking, and you can hear anybody in the next three rooms down the corridor. everything is old and kind of falling apart. It’s still doable, but it’s needed to be updated.

Dinner was good as was breakfast thanks to good service by staff

The room is said to have air condition. But it didn't work. It was extremely hot kn the room as it was 35 degrees C outside that day. I complained multiple times, but they did not manage to fix it. I then asked for a refund, but they was unable to give me that.

The hotel may be old, but it is impeccably clean. Situated in the heart of Montecatini, it offers easy access to the train station which is only 3 minutes away, making it convenient to visit places like Firenze or Lucca. The staff is genuine and always willing to lend a hand.

There is a short corridor leading to my bed in my room. However, I have noticed that the wifi connection is weak when I am in bed. I hope the hotel can improve this for future guests.

We loved this hotel! While the rooms looks classic ( with beautiful and good taste furniture/ curtains) the bathroom was modern renovated ( we loved the combination of the colors of the tiles) It was super clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. THE BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING! ( delicious with a big variety of food). People who work there are absolutely lovely!

The hotel is in a great location just 5 minute walk from Montecatini Centrale Station. Close to the main square and lots of restaurants. We liked exploring Tuscany by train using this hotel as a base since Montecatini is so central. The hotel was clean dispote other reviews saying different. Our room was made up daily with fresh towels when required and clean sheets. Breakfast was OK. Fruit, yogurt plus cakes and pastries. There was also ham cheese and boiled eggs. Coffe was nice plus you could order other coffees such as cappuccino but we just had Americano out of machine. Staff were friendly enough and all spoke good English. I would stay again if I was in Montecatini as the price for the hotel is good but I would only stay a couple of nights. Getting around by train is easy and most stations have baggage storage for 5 euro per case so I would stay in other areas not just Montecatini. Having said that this hotel is super good value and Montecatini is beautiful. I recommend the Funicular up to Montecatini Alto and a visit to Grotta Maona.

There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. The pool is very small with very little room for the sunbeds. Pool was also very cold. Balcony very small and just looking onto other buildings but enough room for two chairs and small table so you can sit out on the balcony. Hotel seems popular with school groups. This was OK with us but may put some off. I booked a superior double room. I am not convinced that we were given a superior room but I did not complain as it was adequate for our needs.

The breakfast was very poor. It consisted mostly of sweets and cakes. No one informed us that we had to ask the waiter for the cheese and ham.

The hotel was full of junior football players, they were very noisy all night long.The rooms were bad conditions, the furnitures ols and very used.

I like evrything , the location is perfect just 5 minutes walk from montecatini terme and centro, is so warm , so clean , so comfortable, the owner so kind "la mamma" and Jessica in the reception is so nice and helpfull , big and spacy room , new bathroom with perfect shower ,money wise .

I was only stay couple of nights the hotel was ok its self , the bedroom was outdated and with old blankets. No effort was made at breakfast the was poor quality and not much variety. I wouldn't stay there again or recommend friends or family.

Just the general feel of the place. The staff were polite and not overly helpful.

The room, most of it, it had a small window like the one în the bathroom . There where a lot of noises because în front af my window were happening renovations. The bed had a bad mattress, my sleep wasn't good.

The hotel is just 5-10 minutes walk from the train station. The staff were excellent. The following 2 staff particularly helped make our stay really special. Hope i have spelt them correctly, Giusy on reception was always able to answer all our queries, book taxis arranged for me to stay on in the double room instead of swapping to a single as originally intended. Erodika, the lady at breakfast.. fantastic service, with a smile. Lovely cappuccino each morning and cake brought to the table. Also the lady owner, always there to greet the guests in the morning with a smile, always stopped and chatted to any children staying. Lovely lady. Thank you all.

The only negative was that there were a few groups staying during my stay and some of these were quite noisy. Our last night a group of teenagers checked in and they were so loud I ended up with my iPod on most of the night to drown out the noise. They were still loud after 2am.
