Comfortable room, helpful staff, nice breakfast

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed (even after we left the hotel). The location is wonderful and the breakfast was delicious. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed, making it easy to unwind after a day of travelling. Overall, we were very satisfied and would happily stay again. Highly recommended!

An exquisite property --- beautiful rooms, wonderful breakfast, great staff. Just delightful, relaxing, beyond our expectations.

Nicely situated in a beautiful landscape. Wonderfull breakfast, broad choice of italian specialties, pastry, eggs and fruit. Best breakfast of a two week trip. Nice open pool situation. Dogs not permitted in whole hotel area! Very quiet. Good for relaxation after visiting lively Italian cities.

Hotel rooms are small and have no special character. Just regular hotel rooms you find anywhere. We would recommend to book rooms with balcony. No access to the old traditional villa that is highlighted in the marketing of the hotel.

Superb location, lovely room, amazing breakfast, attentive staff(a special mention for Lena from reception), luxurious outdoor pool amidst beautiful and well kept gardens and surrounding areas. Free parking on site. No restaurant but a large superb family run traditional one just a 10 minute leisurely walk from hotel. Would definitely return here again and stay longer than one night.

The hotel is well appointed - lovely rooms, well laid out and very comfortable. There are extensive grounds around the property, with ample opportunities to sit out and enjoy relaxing, as well as the benefits of the swimming pool.

I had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful place. The location is absolutely divine – peaceful, picturesque, and close to everything you could need. The garden is simply breathtaking, like a little oasis where you can truly relax and enjoy the beauty of nature.The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warmth made the experience even more special. The owner is truly lovely – thoughtful, generous, and genuinely cares about his guests.It’s rare to find a place that feels like home away from home, but this one truly does. I can’t recommend it enough and I’ll definitely be coming back!

The mattress was a little too hard

Absolutely wonderful place to relax and rejuvenate. The view from the terrace is stunning. The breakfast was excellent, and lounging by the pool was an amazing experience.

The shower in the room dos not meet the high standards of the hotel.

Very grand and comfortable bar seating area. Staff were very helpful and polite.

Location was a little far from many restaurants unless you drive or taxi

It is not the first time we stay in Villa Cattani. We always look forward to its beautiful location, relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff and nice breakfast. The rooms are clean, comfortable and airy.

The hotel is in a beautiful location about 10 mins outside of Pesaro. The team here were all super friendly and helpful! The facilities are amazing - the pool area is fabulous with the added benefit of being able to order poolside drinks via whatsapp! Although the room was spacious and comfortable, the only small criticism I would have is that they could benefit from an update in the decor - apart from that - fantastic stay!

The pool! The location and the view! This property is spectacular! The tour of the Villa Cattani is divine and an experience. This property has something for everyone! This a perfect location for a retreat, group holiday or a couples retreat! This is not to be missed!

If you are making a booking via Booking.com that you stimulate 2 people in a room as it is charged on the number of people not the room! We got caught out on this!

This was a comfortable and relaxing stay. The pool area is very nice. The rooms are clean, nothing special in terms of design, but the bed apparently was super comfortable. Service is high level.

The staff were excellent and the location was great.

The photographs on the booking site made it seem like you would be in and around the frescoed villa. The villa was actually shut up and you could ask to see it at 10.30 am, but we had left by then. The rooms are in a purposebuilt building and ok, but nothing special. We booked because of all the photos of the frescos so were disappointed. The bed was pretty hard too!
