This is a great place for families with young children. Our three year old was thrilled with the play room. It is across from the beach and in walking distance to many restaurants and services. The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating.
Staff were fantastic, especially Natalie (I think) in the bar downstairs. Breakfast was very good and the fresh omelettes were a lovely touch. Our room was clean, a good size, beautiful balcony overlooking the beach and the shower was super (very good water pressure). Location was the best, short walk to everywhere, great restaurants, the beach etc.
Nothing, would return to this hotel if I make it back to Pesaro.
The hotel was nicely located near the beach and the room attendant was a lovely lady. It seems a reasonable hotel for the elderly or very young children and maybe guests who have been coming for years still keep coming.
We had wanted to stay at this hotel for a week but as there was no availability for the entire week we stayed 3 nights at another hotel very nearby, slightly cheaper and which similarly had 4 stars. This was a big mistake. This nearby hotel was unexpectedly beautiful, with efficient friendly staff, modern extremely large and well equipped rooms refurbished with top quality materials and high end finishings. And a magnificent view of the sea with a balcony. When we transfered to the The Imperial it was the opposite unfortunately which then made our stay at the Imperial very disappointing. The rooms in the Imperial were tired, outdated, and cramped. Our part 'sea view' was a view of the hotel next door, restaurants and a tiny side glimpse of the ocean. The airconditioner was noisy and needed a whack with a shoe every night to stop it rattling and the rooms smell musty. The staff were just about ok, apart from our room attendant who was lovely. Overall the staff lacked the enthusiasm and joy that the staff in our previous hotel exhibited.
The location was amazing - right on the beach by all of the beach clubs (we were there during the week and early in the season so we weren't bothered by music or anything, not sure if that would be different on the weekend or later in the season). The staff was kind and friendly. There was free parking around the hotel, and even some spots in a (very small) garage under the hotel, which we used. We were overall happy with our stay. The free breakfast was very nice!
We didn't love Pesaro itself, but that is independent of the hotel.
The stuff that works there. Everyone was polite, professional and helpful.
The bedroom we stayed in was bit dated, but overall we had a good experience.
Took our 6 and 3 year old grandchildren away for a few days. Super hotel, all staff including kids club girls, very accommodating. Great pool, some evening entertainment, close to beach and restaurants. Highly recommended.
Would like to have tipped the staff but had no euros. Reception couldn't take a card payment, perhaps something that could be introduced.
Location and views. Staff very helpful.
We had prebooked parking but it was chaos when we arrived and they had to find several other drivers to move their cars as they had not booked but had been allowed in Garage anyway.
Everything about this hotel is wonderful The staff are lovely The room with a big balcony And now the absolutely marvellous breakfast WoW
I really liked this hotel, even though it's more a family seaside hotel and I was traveling alone on a more cultural trip (I stayed here in order to travel to Urbino). I loved the balcony, the sea view, the swimming pool and the in-house bar and restaurant (though I went out as well). It's only a short walk into Pesaro town centre.
I stayed two separate nights, and felt the second room wasn't quite at the same standard, with a loose fitting on the ceiling fan.
I had a great experience at the Hotel Imperial Sport. The staff were kind and thoughtful, rooms and balconies are spacious and the breakfast is excellent with plenty of options. As I am a solo cyclist, it was good to find that the hotel has a bike storage room too.
Excellent hotel. Staff very friendly and service very good. Location excellent right next to the beach and some very good restaurants and bars. 5 minute walk into the old town. Bike hire brilliant as Pesaro is a very bike friendly town. Breakfast superb and lots of choice. Sea view and balcony was an addition bonus. Best 3 star hotel I have stayed in. Thank you Hotel Imperial Sport
Great location, right on beach but walking distance to old town Pesaro. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful every day - lots of variety.
We like a kettle in the room.
All what I need was there - parking, good breakfast, tidy room.
Balcony with excellent view, very comfort large room
The hotel location is perfect, close to the sea and to the main street with restaurants, coffee shops. The staff was very professional, flexible and friendly. Breakfast was excellent and the hotel was very clean. It was a great vacation.
