- Really kind and helpful staff. Thank you! The location is ideal near the beach. Room super clean. Breakfast has plenty choices. We stayed for 1 night. There is also a restaurant near the hotel if you arrive late as we did.
- Beautiful location on the Adriatic. Hotel provides bikes for a bike path, or you can walk along the sea for kilometers ,or swim. A kind family makes you feel at home, A sea view meant I could watch the sunrise.Breakfast spread was extensive with several protein -rich foods, unusual in Italy. Cena was quite good as well.I'd been pushing myself as a tourist for weeks, and this provided me with a vacation from my vacation.
- Welcoming staff and a pleasant stay overall. Clean room with a comfortable bed and a good bathroom. Close to the sea—just need to cross a road and railway via a bridge. Good value for a short stay.
Cons -
- Nothing negative for me. Trains at night never woke me, and I find the sound romantic. It speaks of travel, mysterious destinations, and endless possibilities unfolding ahead. Not many in Pesaro speak English, but you should learn some basics of the language anywhere you travel. The owners know enough, and pointing and good will should see you through.
- Not being familiar with the area I ponied up the extra for the sea view room with a small balcony. Warning: if you are a light sleeper, this is NOT for you. The hotel is directly on the busiest road along the coast, and next to the road are the train tracks, and trains seemingly run nearly all day and night. It is loud. A white noise app is all that allowed me to sleep there - and it was turned up to full volume. The app could not drown out the banging of doors that seemed to go on at 6 a.m., and the long hallway made all noise echo. The location is within driving distance of various towns, but there is nothing within walking distance, except for the beach. Not the hotels fault, of course, but the weather my first three days was rain, and sometimes lots of it. On the second day the metal window screen you pull up with a cord came crashing down when the cord broke, and it took two days to fix…which meant that I couldn’t see any of the sea view from my room for half my stay. The view I paid extra for. ?♂️ The first two rainy days were quite cold at night - but even though the room had a unit for air and heat, I was told they weren’t turned on until October. An extra blanket on the bed helped. WiFi was non-existent in my room on the second floor, and the hotel gets poor cellphone coverage too. WiFi worked better in the breakfast room, so take your stuff down and check your email and do some work there if need be. The final bad point is the bathroom - the shower is literally next to the toilet, with an ineffective plastic screen you can pull out from the wall. If you weigh under 100 pounds/45 kilo, you MIGHT be able to angle it so that nothing else gets wet. For the rest of humanity, half of what’s in that bathroom will get soaked, including the toilet.
- Very noisy in rooms and in restaurant. When you look at the pictures it looks like the hotel is right on the beach. It’s not. Between the hotel and the beach is the SS16 road and the railway tracks where trains pass frequently at high speed. The rooms on the back side af the hotel are probably less noisy, but the have no balconies and no sea view.

The owner and staff were all wonderful, the breakfast selection was good each day, and coffee was made to order. Rooms were small, but have a wardrobe, and a small desk. The view over the beach is nice, and you can get a bike for free at the hotel. I didn’t try lunch or dinner at the hotel, though it is apparently good. I really wanted to like this hotel more, but weather and circumstances made that difficult…read below.

Close to a nice beach. Friendly staff.

Breakfast is great. Close to beach. Free bike rental.
Exceptional
All was really good and the restuarant with big and tasty dishes.Only passing trains during all night were a bit annoing
Great location right next to beach and bars / restaurants.
Railway line close to hotel was a little noisy.
Very friendly helpful owner. Room spotless, very comfortable bed, great shower. Very nice friendly staff.
Host is super niceGreat possibility of parkingVery tasty breakfast and delicious coffe
Our AC was turned off after each cleaning, coming back to superhot room every nightWalls are so thin we could hear everything from both rooms each even when just talking, some guests were noisy until 1-2amTrains are loud especially in the evening (until 11pm)Leaving key at the reception every time you leave is not something I expected
It was both warm and welcoming. Clean and simple with a fantastic view of the beach
Nothing, it suited myself and my friend . A great place to store your stuff and sleep.
LOTS of parking on site! Very good Breakfast with staff service plus buffet. Excellent selection of whole fresh fruits (6-7 types) which is best in my travel experience. Staff service for hot drinks and some baked good, ham and cheese. Across the street from the beach although we did not use the facilities, it would be good for vacationers looking for that. Offered free bicycles but we did not have time to use. No elevator, but acceptable for us. Good size room. Good bed. Balcony facing ocean (extra cost) or mountain. Very friendly and helpful staff. On highway, short drive to Pesaro or Fano. Good for travellers with a car!!
No safe inside room so we need to take valuables with us. Have to leave room key at front desk when exiting. Front desk is often not manned so it is self service, although the staff are just in the next room. No Elevator, therefore not suitable for guests with mobility issues.
friendly staff
too small a room and the bathroom
Welcoming staffSpacious room & bathroomLarge comfortable bedGood breakfast buffet
Simple, Italian family style, near the beach. The owners were awesome Very friendly and helpful !Restaurant on site goodI enjoyed waking up to sunrise over the sea.It is helpful to speak some Italian. Be sure to ask for espresso with liquore.. ? Thank you, Vincenzo
Trains too close at night were noisy in Seaview room. Rooms and beds are smaller, but it reminded me of my first time in Italy 50 years ago.
Very good breakfast. Seaview and friendly staff
Bathroom is very small
I liked how friendly the owners were, the location in front of the sea, the very clean room, the quality of the restaurant and breakfast.
What a lovely hotel right opposite the beach you can walk for miles along the promenade - staff were just fantastic - helpful and friendly - private parking was huge at the side of hotel
We arrived after a difficult drive, the location was right on the main road with the railway line adjacent. The room we were offered was appalling. We decided that we could not stay there, spoke to the owners and they agreed not to make a charge.
Everything
fantastic location opposite the Adriatic and only a road and rail line between the hotel and the beach. clean and more than adequate for the price. good breakfast and the staff are really good
at this price nothing
