Amazing breakfast. Nice staff. Amazing location.

Just need to improve a little more in the comunication before the arrival. In the booking page, when you pay for the room, they said that the parking is available with previous arrangemant, but then they sent a message that the parking can only be reserve in the moment of arrival, depending on how busy is, but when we arrived, they said that I should have reserved the parking before. But other than that, everything was perfect.

Location is absolutely amazing. Love the view from the balcony. It was quiet at night but there was some construction in the morning.

The room was clean, included all the facilities, nice balcony. I needed an iron. The hotel provided it to me.The breakfast was also good!

The position is very convenient to reach the beach, few steps away, and other bars and restaurants on the seaside. The staff was nice and treated us well.

The overall furniture needs an upgrade, both in the rooms and common areas. The breakfast could be better with more local dishes and fresh products. The pool is kid size so it should be clarified on the hotel page.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room furniture is not so new, but it’s still pretty fine. Almost no noise protection from the corridor side.

our trip started really bad because from the upstairs balcony of our room, some drunken people dropped a prosecco glass to our balcony and our door was open and everything came in to our room. so our room was full of prosecco and glass everywhere !! it was horrible , my girflriend had glass on her feet because we couldn’t find everything. Thank god she didnt gee cut ! so We had to clean the mess of someone else and our room was full of glass… so i have to say that ruined our trip…:/ the same people kept us up the whole night making a lot of noise the whole night so it was impossible for us to sleep…. so I hope the hotel can knowledge these things… amazing place and amazing staff but the way these things happened was just bad and ruined our holiday… it was an important week for us..:/

I had the best experience even if it was for only one night! the breakfast had many option to choose from.I was lucky it was sunny outside so I could admire the beautiful view of the sea from my balcony! the staff was always kind and gave me directions on what are the must to visit of Pesaro

The location is nice! Next to the beach, amazing.

Bathroom could be cleaned up better. You can hear your neighbor next door. No keycard, just oldskool keys.

Our bed was separated into 2 one-person beds but it was comfortable

I liked nearly everything about this hotel. The room was very nice and cosy, well-equipped, with a balcony and a view of the sea. Comfortable bed, good lighting, nice bathroom, closet with plenty of hangers. Excellent breakfast (for 10 euros) with a large selection. The hotel is a short walk from the beach, close to a nice residential area, and a 15-minute walk from the "centro storico". 24/7 reception desk with friendly staff, elevator (lift) full of info, water and other drinks for sale in the lobby. The price-quality ratio is very good - this is one of the best hotel values I've come across in Italy.

Just one thing I wasn't crazy about in the room - the large padded structure in front of the bed with two extra pull-down beds. But it's part of the design and allows two more people to stay in the room. Another small thing: the scrambled eggs at breakfast were not very warm. Finally, though this is not the hotel's fault: there's a bus stop nearby, but the bus service is unreliable - I needed to go to the station, but the bus didn't show up (so I just walked since I had enough time).

The staff was mostly nice.

The hotel requires a lot of facility management work. It's old and not well maintained. Plus, the bathroom was so small that I always hit my knee at the Bede when I sat down.

Spacous room, clean hotel.

In common everething is Ok, but in the bath there is a wall mounted shower head only. The safe is too small.

Very noisy, were woken up several times during the night.
