Love the location - walking distance to the beach and to get to town at night. You can easily rent bikes. the breakfast is phenomenal! The staff was super friendly and helpful.

The breakfast arrangements were excellent! Service and food selection and quality were outstanding.

Shower was very, very small and the AC temps needs to be a bit cooler for a better room comfort.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and the pizzeria at the end of the street is wonderful.

The location was great for what our family and friends had planned during our stay. The breakfast service and food selection were EXCELENT, and the courtyard dining Al Fresco was just so beautiful and charming! The majority of the staff truly helped when asked. Lucia thank you for taking my late evening diner order! I hope you get a fan when you're working the front desk again! lol We did not use the pool, but it was towards the rear of the property. The pool was very large and offers many beautiful suntanning chairs and a lot of ample space between guests.

I only had two issues while there. There was a major HEAT wave for the whole week we were there. Which I could understand the difficulty of the resort to maintain a comfortable temperature for their guests. I wasn't very happy with the Air Conditioning in my room, #209. Compared to my daughter's room in 103, they had very good cooling. I would call the front desk every evening to decrease the temp in my room, as it was very warm condition. But our last night was just too hot for me! I honestly think management wasn't fully aware of the complaint. The other minor issue was our shower size. It was one of those corner double door showers, roughly 3ft x 3ft and I'm a bigger size side for a guy. lol Every time a turned the doors would open and water would spill out. Nothing crazy, but just an issue with cleaning up a lot of water from the floor after each shower. The water temp was great though! Like I said, nothing too crazy but something I never experienced during my travels.

Breakfast. Not up to a 4 star Hotel. Fried eggs poor, bacon was boiled more than fried. Croissant not so good.

Big mistake

Disappointed….The hotel was renovated at some point but doesn’t make it up to a 4 star standard.I’ve been to many places in Italy, Europe and world wide. But this hotel doesn’t deserve to have 4 stars.Poorly equipped rooms with minimalistic basics are a disgrace.Rooms are poorly cleaned with remaining dirt and probably other previous room guests belongings.Bathroom were terrible and so old with dirty stainAir conditioning doesn’t work, the temperature doesn’t go below 25. I reminded the staff several times but nothing was fixed. Frankly Ac won’t cool you off i had to ask for a fan.Rooms are without glasses for your drinks.No complimentary bottled water is provided by the hotel.Pool urgently requires cleaning to remove the stains along the water level area and the water itself.Good thing is, hotel is in walking distance to the beach.The breakfast was bad with poor choices of food and bad coffee.

This is the 2nd year we stay at the hotel, and this year, the family room we had looked really very old with water leaking in the toilets

Excellent breakfast and the staff are always very friendly and happy to help. The rooms are a good size and have all the facilities necessary. The swimming pool and bike rental is great when travelling with kids.Having space to park the car is a real bonus in Forte dei Marmi

Only one small point, I would appreciate a choice of pillows as they are a bit hard for me.

Nice overall impression, classic Forte hotel, not too chic, very standard ****. Clean, very helpful and nice people (staff), obviously expensive this time of year. Breakfast wasn't amazing but not bad either (fruit, pastries, cereals, waffles, but unfortunately only one hot option (scrambled eggs and bacon), and no fresh juices (packaged). Overall price/quality ratio is a bit inflated because it's Forte, but otherwise a good option to stay.
