UNA Hotels Forte Dei Marmi

The staff was wonderful, super helpful. The hotel is great.

We had dinner at the restaurant and we think it's not value for your money. The dinner was good, very good but not exceptional or super deli, and the prices are quite expensive. Same for the room service they charged 10 eur fee extra, for bringing just a dessert one of us asked for, I think it was too much.

The pool and tennis courts were incredible!! The breakfast offerings were pretty good!

While it appears to be a beach resort, it is actually a highway hotel. The staff were not welcoming and very reluctant to help. The hallway where our rooms were located smelled horribly of mold and a stagnant stench of a cat litter box. The view from the balcony was of the parking lot. The employee mopping in the morning would give you a death stare if you tried to walk through the reception area. We were under the impression Forte Dei Marmi was a beautiful upscale seaside area, while in fact it was not a clean beach with thousands of umbrellas chairs.

The staff were so warm, hospitable and helpful.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, very relaxing with an amazing pool and stylish surrounding areas.We enjoyed a wide selection at breakfast and a very tasty dinner.We are planning to return again next year.

The room was spacious, bright and the lights were bright at well. It had a ramp in the back to roll suitcases and easy parking and some of it was shaded. The breakfast buffet was very nice with multiple options, and the pool was great and temperature controlled. The staff were great and very helpful.

We actually liked the hotel, the only possible negative thing is the distance from the city center but that is subjective as some people might love that. It really didn’t bother us that much. The one thing that I wished they had was service at the pool instead of us going to order and wait for our drinks.

Location off the freeway, so easy access if you arrive late at night. The room was a bit basic for an UNA hotel.Breakfast was good, downstairs had a cool beach vibe.

With the hotel being off the freeway, you can hear the freeway noise. The first room I was allocated, didn’t have A/C and the floor was dirty. It was a bit bizarre that they knew the A/C was off and it was 28• degrees in the room. The receptionist did come upstairs to help with the suitcase. The hotel is in the outskirts of Forte dei Marmi. Rooms are a bit basic.

The hotel location is nice and the staff was polite.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in my room was not working during my entire stay. This caused great discomfort, especially since I have a sensitivity to heat. Despite multiple complaints, the issue was not properly resolved.

The staff was extraordinary - very nice and always helpful. Plenty of choice for a breakfast, nice bar for drinks and I love that there were bikes that I could take and go to the sea. Clean rooms!

I loved everything about this hotel! The customer service was amazing, and the front desk went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. It’s about 3 km from downtown, and biking there was such a fun experience through a peaceful and safe neighborhood. The hotel feels new and fresh, and the breakfast options were great!

The location is a little bit isolated from the center. No close facilities and no taxis available. I couldn’t find a car rental place, if you don’t have a car and not willing to ride a bicycle then you should look for a different place closer you the center to stay.

Spacious, modern, perfectly clean. Great bathroom. Comfy bed, plenty of storage space. Staff very friendly and welcoming to our 2 year old.
