Hotel Acapulco

Excellent hotel for its category — breakfast, location, service, and facilities are definite pluses.

The only area for improvement would be adding a proper fitness room.

The staff were amazing, everyone was so friendly. Close to the beach

The walls were pretty thin so i could hear the doors opening and closing every morning, couldn’t get much sleep from the really early risers

Staff was very friendly and ready to help in any situation. The location of the hotel is excellent both to stay in quite place and be close to the beach and center.

The location was perfect, the complimentary breakfast was fantastic, and the accommodations were ideal. The staff could not have been anymore helpful with making various reservations while there. To name a couple and f standouts Stephanie at the front desk and Shamia part of the breakfast server’s crew were fantastic, they all were great at doing their jobs and most helpful, but these two I saw there name badges!

I saw nothing about the property I disliked.

Got free upgrade to superior room with stunning view to the garden and beach. It's just few minutes walk to the beach, I like the atmosphere of the town, the reception staffs are helpful and friendly, room is clean and have everything I need, will definitely stay here again if I came back to Forte Dei Marmi.

Everything is perfect!

We recently stayed at Hotel Acapulco in Forte dei Marmi for a weekend with our kids, and it has been lovely! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. They were attentive to our needs and always ready to help with a smile.The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-suited for families. Our kids especially loved the cozy beds and the little touches that made them feel at home. To our delight, the hotel gave our children beach toys as welcome gifts, which added an extra special touch to their stay. They were so excited to use them, and it made our beach outings even more fun.The location is perfect – just a short walk from the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the beautiful Forte dei Marmi coast with the children.The breakfast was fantastic, offering a great choice for everyone. From fresh pastries and fruit to delicious hot options, there was something to suit every taste. Our kids loved it, and so did we!Overall, Hotel Acapulco is the perfect place for a family getaway. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be coming back for another visit. Highly recommended for anyone traveling with kids!

Too old bathroom

The hotel is well located just few minutes from the center by bike. The staff is amazing they work as one team, they were very cooperative, Diana and her team were very supportive when we asked to change our room. Ask for the renovated rooms. I liked that they offer 3 beds rooms. Breakfast is simple with good variety and nice indoor and outdoor tables.Bikes are available for 15€ a day.

Amazing location, lovely garden and very friendly helpfull hotel staff, good breakfast. Dont forget to rent a bike!!!

From the minute I arrived the hotel staff ( mainly women I may add ) were smiley , welcoming , really made you feel like a vip and very professional. Bike hire was so easy and very close to the beach and a short work from the gorgeous centre .

Breakfast was included , which I found a little bland , but did include the essentials .

Staff were very polite, helpful, courteous and professional.Nice gardens and plunge pool area. Free parking.Quiet area and easily walkable to beach, shops and restaurants.Breakfast was superb with an enormous and varied amount to choose from. 10/10 for breakfast.

Nothing it was a perfect stay. We would definitely return and request a quiet room, which the hotel have assured us they would. accommodate.

This is an exceptional hotel. Freindly staff great facilities and a location just right to be walking distance from the ten centre and beach but uninterrupted by noise in a nice area

Upgrade to junior suite with double balcony a pleasant surprise. Great location.

Hotel a little dated with a lot of building work in nearby vicinity. A limited breakfast choice but on the whole good value for money.

Comfortable room and good breakfast

Forte de marmi is not enough for small children or teenagers. Do not come in October end of season everything is closed down no supermarket only expensive designer shops. Come in summer season only otherwise you will be so disappointed
