Nice place to stay, helpful team, clean and highly recommended

Tosca and Beatrice were awesome as well as the breakfast staff. Balcony was very nice as was the breakfast.

Beds a little hard, wifi not the greatest, and the rooms not very sound-proof

Friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness of the place, and comfortable bed and pillows.Free and safe parking available not far from the property, if you want to avoid the parking fee of 10 euros a day.

We can hear the toilet flushing and people talking from the other room. We were awaken a couple of times during the night by the sounds of the shower and toilet flushing from the other room.

I love the place, love the town and love the people. I was stay there for 10 days with my son. It was wonderful. The staff are very helpful. Thank you so much.

Rooms with poor noise isolation.

Breakfast pastries chosen from a list at check-in were ordered fresh for breakfast next day. Hotel was within easy walking distance of local restaurants and the beach.

Parking was available behind the hotel at extra cost. This was quite crowded in October, so I imagine could be very limited in high season. Wifi was without password and needed personal data to access. I couldn't log in on my phone. Tablet worked OK.

Host and staff are superkind, helpful, attentive, they were always available, everything could be discussed with them. Room was perfect, view from the balcony was incredible beautiful. Garden was well maintained, we could absolutely relax, chill and turn off. Thank you!

Personal is friendly, location is good - not so far from the sea

Paid parking 10 euro, paid stay with small dog 15 euro, very small room and bathroom (especially shower cabin), thin walls, poor sound insulation, running water in the toilet constantly

LOCATION DOES NOT HAVE MANY POSSIBLE ACTIVITIES OUTSIDE OF SUMMER … POSSIBLY WALK OR BICYCLE. FEELING IN MARCH OF RESORT TOWN WHERE MOST RESTAURANTS AND STORES ARE MONTHS AWAY FROM REOPENING

Beautiful hotel close to the beach. The receptionist did a wonderful job checking us in.

Owners are very pleasant people, as well as other staff. The hotel is beautiful and cozy. Breakfast is nice, every day you can choose what fresh pastry to get. Tasty coffee which you can drink in the garden. I mentioned that the hotel is pet friendly. And owners have a cute doggo as well. Location is good, beach is 5 minutes to reach. You can get both to free and payed beaches. Area has multiple good restaurants to visit. Calm and beautiful. And I really enjoyed the opportunity to have room with balcony. Its a hudge plus.

The walls in hotel are a little bit thin, sometimes you can hear other customers. Also the rooms are pretty small, as well as bathroom itself.

Good breakfast, room was fine, the location was excellent for access to Cinquale and the beach. Forte Dei Marmi was only a 10-15 minute cycle away.Staff were helpful and organised the concierge to run us to the train station when we couldn't find a taxi at 6:30am.

One double bed was very big and the other not much bigger than a single, which was disappointing for a family of four.

Cleanliness and well maintained. Friendly and very helpful staff. You can choose some breakfast items from a list. Very good location, close to the beaches and restaurants. Mini fridge which you can fill up with your own things. Air conditioned throughout the building and room.

Amazing location. The reception staff all spoke outstanding English. The hotel was lovely and clean. Really modern. The outside balcony had a clothes dryer. Breakfast was amazing huge choice and well worth the money. Parking was easy and secure. Well within walking distance to a beach and local restaurants. I hope to stay here again.

My wife struggled to sleep on the firm mattress.
