Hotel Franceschi

Immaculately clean boutique hotel with very accommodating and client-service focused staff! No problem with a one hour extension on our checkout. Continental breakfast was beautifully presented and was delicious! We really enjoyed our stay.!

The inner curtain rods weee not stable and kept falling off. Very minor quibble. Also the building next door was being demolished during our stay. Nothing staff could do about that.

Wet nice location.

Tried hard to be great, but missed in way too many points. No coffee machine in room until we asked. The shower leaked onto the floor. They came into our room many times when we put do not disturb sign on door.

I can't describe in words how fantastic this place is! It's love at first sight! The staff is unbelievably warm and friendly. The breakfast was freshly cooked and offered a wide variety of food. We are especially grateful to the cleaning lady, who did an excellent job! As my son said, we felt like we were part of an Italian family that loved us as if we were their own relatives. We wish you all the best! I will highly recommend you to all of my coworkers and friends, and of course, we plan to come back next year!

very good breakfast as often mentioned in the reviews, very comfortable bed and large rooms, staff excellent. location of hotel as well within 10 minutes walking getting to restaurants, shops etc.

all good

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore local attractions, shops, and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making check-in smooth. The room was spacious and well-maintained, providing plenty of comfort for a relaxing stay.

Beautiful hotel, that feels like home. Super clean, confortable and well located.

Very friendly staff, pleasant surpise for upgrading room, very tasty dinner and breakfast, comfortly bed and pillow, all necessary equipment in bathroom, nice balcony. Everything is perfect, worth to come back and stay again in this lovely hotel.

Excellent location. Very friendly staff and helpful. The food was delicious.

I wish they had added a water heater for coffee and tea service in the room.

Location is excellent . Breakfast is superb and staff are very welcoming.

This visit our room was too small but we did get the last room. Aldo wifi doesn’t work in the rooms.

Lovely staff. Beautiful garden. Great atmosphere. Great breakfast ( bravo to the cake maker . The cakes are delicious).

This time we got the last room which was very small. Internet in the rooms is non existent. Internet downstairs in reception is good.

breakfast - very good, car service - very good, internet - 10

everything was good

Beautiful decor splendid breakfast , helpful staff.

Construction next to building however they put our room terrace looking at trees instead of construction

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, with a double aspect and a balcony overlooking a tranquil garden. Breakfast on the third floor veranda was excellent. Definitely recommend.

Would have liked more storage room in the bathroom

Staff were super friendly and efficient. The breakfast was superb and the coffee was excellent . The hotel had the feeling of an exclusive little home from home.

Nothing we disliked although wifi access in room wasn’t good. However great little library for all business calls etc.

Bathroom and bedroom were large comfortable and well decorated. Breakfast was well laid out and fresh

Very nice hotel with excellent staff. Lovely breakfast. Reasonably close to sea front and town centre.

Car parking a little tight and insufficient spaces.

Everything about the Francheschi was perfect! The service, the staff, comfort of the rooms! I look forward to returning next year!
