Really nice staff. Exceptionally clean. Nice breakfast. Good value. Nice neighborhood.

Bed could have been a little more comfortable with a topper perhaps.

Small modern hotel. Room was big enough, with high ceiling, large patio doors opening into a balcony, felt great. Very clean room with a super comfortable bed. Fast wifi, easy street parking. Very good breakfast. Walking distance to the beach.

A 15-20 minutes drive to Rimini, if that is what you are looking for

It was a very neat room, very clean. But it was super cold, even with ac turned on. The breakfast was also nice, the staff were very polite.

Hard to find parking place during day. It wasn't problem during night. They try to keep my ID card with them, when I refuse that because it was my only document of identification, they did copy of my ID card. They also charge me two times city tax, first one on my check-in, second one on my check-out, even if I did stay only one night because woman who was there at check-in probably forgot to mark it that I have pay.

Very close to the center and beach.Breakfast with panini, salami, cheese, coffee or you can choose smth sweet like different cakes. Parking is in walking distance cca 3min, but during summer holidays, I believe to find free parking is like mission impossible.

I had a single room but very functional. Comfortable bed and pillow, enough space to put all the stuff you need. Perfect cleanliness, daily cleaning.Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Excellent value for money.

The only downside is that it is very noisy. You will fall asleep and wake up with everyone else(((

Everything, clean room, delicious food, distance from the beach and city centre and most importantly the friendly staff, always prepared to go an extra mile to make our stay as pleasurable and comfortable as possible. If we are to return to Riccione, we will choose this hotel over and over again.Keep up with exeptional work and service guys :)

Perfect location, wonderful staff and breakfast. Always a hot shower and blinds to keep the light out while sleeping

My single room was a little small, could sometimes hear noise from the other rooms. I was very active so would fall asleep quickly anyway

Overnight stay to see friend in Riccione...Amazing value for money. Really nice cosy well furnished single room. Luigi the host was very charming. A special mention to him, on check out I forgot my ID and he chased me down the road to return it. Very courteous. Speaks Italian and English so no language problems (English my mother tongue).Nice restaurants nearby, plenty of bars, beachfront as well. Nice and quiet just away from the beachfront so good night sleep assured. Balcony also, windows double glazed and good at soundproofing...Nice place, nice location, great price. 10 out of 10, 2 of those go to Luigi and his staff for being genuinely pleasant and interested in their customers.

The hotel is located a few blocks from the seaside (but still on the right side of the train tracks), in a very quiet neighbourhood with little through-traffic. Very friendly staff and great value for money.

The room was cold and when we asked for the air condition the answer was "commune does not let use the heating in daylight-saving time" it was rainy for 2 days and we had to stay in cold rooms...While we spoke with another employee he said that the system has to work without any problem.Later when the hotel got more guests "strangely" they swiched on the system... Suddenly there was no problem with commune's law and the guy who told us the commune is a problem he changed the "lies" the system is working now from the morning... with no explanation of the "government story"The breakfast was poor not like on the pictures.We left with bad taste, I would not recommend it for no one.I hope they will improve in the future.

When I saw the price I hesitated because it seemed too good to be true…. Really it is even BETTER than I could have imagined! They upgraded my room for free because they had the space (it was on a rainy weekend) The room was sparkling clean. The staff was literally the perfect balance of friendly and professional, allowing us space and being super attentive to what we needed. Possibly I sound a little over the top but it was such a nice experience and such a surprise for a good price like that. I have so many good things to say about the staff, they seemed to really like their jobs and there was an atmosphere of friendly professionalism that was fantastic. Also, Breakfast was very good, it was close to the beach and very quiet neighborhood. Definitely staying there again next time I’m in Riccione!
