- On the second day there was no green tea anymore for breakfast.

- Check-out was preposterous. We have tried 6 different debit and credit cards to pay but the system refused to accept any. The staff, especially the hotel manager, accused us of avoiding payment and threatened to not let is go without payment instead of constructively working on a solution. It escalated with the threat to get the Carabinieri and an insult towards us, that we are indecent. We were accompanied by the hotel manager to a bank to get cash and treated like criminals.

Super centrally located, very clean, comfortable, breakfast staff and cleaning crew ia very nice, breakfast is decent.
