- My daughter hurt herself on the bunkbed as the cover got broken and the nails got exposed. She was bleeding. I came to the owner/administrator and explained the situation. His response was "you do not owe me anything for the bed." I asked what about my daughter, hoping to hear at least some apologize, he responded "what do you want from me, take some cappuccino as an excuse for the incident." I was in shock. It was absolutely disrespectful.
