Hotel Nautico

Nice Location away from the noisy streets and bars, close to beaches if that’s what you are looking for. Room was clean. Breakfast was pretty good and staff were pleasant.View from our room was nice which spread from beach to hills of San Marino. Balcony was nice but smoking allowed so was a bit annoying as a non smoker.

Bed was not great and pillows were not great. Shower was as extremely dangerous with a very slippery floor with no bath mat to secure for safety. Almost fell every time. Fridge barely worked and when I mentioned it to the front desk they said to come back tomorrow be sure no one could help me. The same thing so we gave up and kept getting ice from the bar to try to keep our water and beverages cold. No coffee machine, only kettle or iron in room.

The location was perfect for us. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Tried to make our stay exceptional. The breakfast provided was excellent. We truly enjoyed Riccione and plan to come back in the future. If we do, Hotel Nautico will be a choice for us. I'm looking forward to coming back!

The only drawback was the fact that there was not a fan in the bathroom.

Great location nearby the beach, clean and helpful staff and the breakfast was very nice. I can really recommend this hotel.

Staff was very kind.Very good breakfast.The hotel is on the first line and you can immediately go to the sea.Everything was perfect.

Everything was wonderful. Large comfortable room. Very friendly staff. All the coast in bike paths. The hotel provides bicycles, I enjoyed riding them. Nice sun roof with jacuzzi. My husband lived in a hotel nearby, Calipso wins on all counts. Dinner - great food. .

There are no umbrellas on the roof.

An updated property in an enviable location on Riccione beach. Two blocks from the shops and restaurants of Viale Dante Alighieri. Nice rooftop pool. Good typical Italian breakfast with attentive service.

The Hotel is well located in front of the see and at the start of the pedestrian area ( lungomare).it is clean with very nice and comfortable rooms.Apero at the rooftop offer a very nice view of the see and hills.

It is nice to cycle to go to the restaurant or visit city places and the property offers city bike free of charge. However, are not at the level of a 4 star service.

Nice Hotel. Probably the most modern in the town. It is a business hotel. Free bikes, which is a great way to see the area, as there is a bike rout all along the beach for many kms. in each direction.

They did not tell us they had shut down the pool and beach facilities. This was a disappointment, as it was a reason to book, and the weather was still in the mid 20's (c)

Breakfast was okay, there were fresh fruits, good desserts, and usual foods.There was a rooftop pool. The room was clean.

Many small things, which is not acceptable for that price, and for 4 stars.First thing that in the descrption there was nowhere info abaout the daily 15 (outside) or 20 (garage)EUR parking fee.Second thing, we purchased superior double room with sea view. It was a view with some boats, but it would have not been problem. But the music in a bar closer to the hotel was really loud. We asked if we could change room, because we had long journey, and wanted to sleep after midnight. They said they don't have other rooms. Next day i checked here in booking, and they had, in the other direction (garden view), but they didn't told it to us.We also asked if the hotel has a direct sea access. They said, unfortunately no. It was interesting because we could see that also hotels with 3 stars have a sea access (via a spiagga). And in the evening we realized that hotel also has, but they didn't never told it to us. And we paid for sea beds, 23 eur in another place. It would have been good to get information about see access, sunbeds and their cost at check-in.The rooftop pool would be cool, but it was dirty, the jacuzzi didn't work, and no one was there to serve drinks (a little paper showed a telephone number to the reception, but it was also hardly to find). At breakfast, there were no vegetables (at least some tomato or cucumber), salad. And also we couldn't find salt.When we arrived to hotel in one evening, we had to put away big flowers by ourselves, to have parking place, for 15 EUR.These ara mostly small things, and there were few other problem, but fot that price, these are really bad experiences. There were many hotels at the time we travveled, for half price. But we wanted to have perfect journey, that's why we chose a more expensive, but hopefully better place. It was a big mistake.

Nice location, close to the beach. Good breakfast buffet. Nice room with seaview and spacious balcony. Friendly staff, also at their sister hotel Atlantic.

The hotel was closing because of renovation works, so we could not extend our stay. Instead we were referred to their sister hotel Atlantic next door. The room we received there was small and rather outdated. It was warm inside the room and the airco didn't work, so we had to sleep with the door open. Traffic noise kept us awake, not very comfortable!

Service around food excellent and quality of cooking excellent. Staff friendly and helpful

The bed mattress was hard and not comfortable. Mattress was split in 2, awful feeling. Hotel did well to offer a topper mattress but too small for the size of bed, shrinking the space to sleep. Room too small and noise from other bedrooms too audible. (Kids screaming, hoovering etc). TV channels only Italian.

Rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and available. The location is very good and the view from the superior room was nice.

The only thing which surprised me was the parking fee of 15€ daily, plus the gym located in another hotel.

The place is perfect, the staffs are friendly, very accommodating and professionals. We will definitely be back next year ?
