Updated room, excellent service,perfect location.

Very luxurious room with a beautiful side sea view. Almost directly on the beach and very near the main shopping street.

Swimmingpool is a bit outdated. It also closes too early (at 19:00).

It was important for me to feel safe as a lone traveller and I did. I enjoyed the pool and the location next to the beach.

My only concern was the lack of security for luggage left. Luckily I’ve come home with all my possessions, but it was very easy for anyone to pick them up and take them.

Friendly and helpful staff. Respectful, attentive waiters. Varied and delicious food. Clean and tidy environment.

Great views, comfortable rooms and bathrooms, great breakfast and courtesy happy hour. Excellent location! Parking nearby works fine.

Very friendly staff, also very helpful with bicycles. Very good restaurant and breakfast and everyone is smiling and being friendly.

Staff are super nice! Food is great. Perfectly clean. Views of the sea are outstanding. Location very convenient for beach, train and main shopping streets. Would love to go again!

Lifts are small and need updating. If with a baby buggie or wheelchair, it may prove annoying to get in and out (but they do work just fine!).

The room was new, they upgraded us from deluxe to luxury without any increase

the noise of all the utility work which started at 4am and went on until 6am every morning. woke me up and couldn’t get back to sleep.

Don't trust the photos you see you booking...

Unfortunately it was a nightmare experience. Don't trust the photos on Booking. We booked a 4 star hotel and found a 1 star hostel room. The photos on booking only refer to select areas in this structure, as if the entire hotel meets those standards -but this is not the case.

Clean room and good location.

We had problems with the door locking mechanism all the time couldnt get in. They didnt want to change the room. In about 1,5 day they fixed the problem. And then we had to change the room for the last night! For no particular reason! Dissapointed.

Very good location, less than a minute to the beachStaff were fairly friendly although on arrival we were told we had to change rooms after 2 nights - this was only a 3 night stay. I disputed this and was eventually told this was not needed.... very strangeGood breakfast, lovely view from the room and good aircon

Pool was small but nice, however it closed for 2 hours in the afternoon which I thought was very strange and a real inconvenienceBeach is good although you have to pay 25-35 Euros for beds and umbrella which we did not realise, we thought this hotel had beach access included

This hotel has a good location on the beach and near the attractions I frequent including family in Riccione. The rooms are big compared to other newer hotels I have tried; however, the beds and linens are older and not comfortable. Other positives were the friendly breakfast staff and readily available bikes for use by guests.

The front desk staff were not so friendly…on one issue which I thought was minor they felt the need to involve three people at the reception desk making me feel like I did something very wrong. I’m a repeat traveler to Riccione and not sure I will go back. The unsecured third party wifi was very poor and spotty and hard to use for work which I had to do periodically. Hard beds, poor wifi, unfriendly front desk staff, housekeeping not earth friendly.

The aircon didn’t work and room became stuffy.

Exceptional service. Because of a little delay in preparing the room, we have been offered a free lunch at the hotel's restaurant. They also kindly upgraded our reservation to a superior room.

The new rooms are exceptionally good.

Everything from the quality and size of the room to the food, service, hospitality and location was exceptional. I couldn't have asked for more from my holiday abroad. I definitely will come again.

I could have perhaps done with a kettle in the room.
