Spa zone was wonderful, but its a little bit expensive for us. If you dont count your money i recomended! ;)

The pictures doesn't reflect the real size of the room, in the stretch photoshop pictures it looks spacious but the room in real life is too small. Missing furniture, we were forced to keep the my clothes messed in luggage due missing wardrobe this made everything more complicated especially when someone needs to have clothes accessible in a easy way, is hassle especially for every female that need to get ready for the evening. In the room and bathroom there were ants that were never cleaned or kept coming inside from the under the floor and under the balcony door. Parking UNCOMFORTABLE by the hotel and was asked to pay for a parking nearby that was more a nest of pigeons that covered my car with escrements, was forced to wash my car instead of getting in the road, lost another 2 hr of precious summer day. Very weird woke design which is nkt practical especially if you want to be there for summer and on the beach. The air-conditioning was keep high steam and not healthy when someone come from a 36 degree temperature at lunch time from the sea.

Location and style

There was a technical problem with the room. The wash basin faucet electrics didn’t work so there was no running water in the wash basin, I informed reception at 6pm on arrival in the hotel and someone came at 10pm and couldn’t fix it. The next day it was repaired partially because the following day it stopped working again and which point I gave up and informed the staff on check out. A room changed was refused point blank and I was offered “an aperitif” which seemed a poor substitute for having to wash using the shower hose. Hopefully the faucet has been changed for future customers and a more congenial attitude adopted.

I can say all the best about the hotel, in an excellent location, it also offers private parking, which is excellent. The look of the hotel itself is enchanting, it totally justifies the price. The rooms are very clean and spacious, they have the most modern interior, so everything just looks very beautiful. View the sea is enchanting, everything looks like a dream. I can say the best about the staff, first of all that they fulfilled all my wishes. Everyone is very pleasant and kind, we are always greeted with a smile. A special "big" thanks to Selma (I think that's her name), the girl at the reception,she is very kind and totally professional, the same for a man who only works the third shift. All in all, thank you very much to the entire team

The facilities are super amazing , rooms are in a perfect condition and super clean but most importantly what we felt like really really respected was the staff . The girl and the boy in reception who I believe were Albanians were the most respected staff I’ve ever seen in a hotel. The way they welcomed us in the hotel was a 10/10 and would reccommend this to everybody . A hotel that really cares what customers need . Amazed by the staff

The hotel says that there s a car park, but after reservation you have to book it. The dog are not allowed in the restaurant. Staff not always friendly… and helpful

Balcony with only one chair,no table

Near the beach. Almost all of the staff was very very friendly. It s new. The beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is big top top quality espcially from a seaside hotel. Our room was big, we usually have 2 huge luggages and 4 smaller, but the place was more then enough. The breakfast was nice. Dogs are allowed for 15 euros per day and they have agreement with two dog friendly beach next to the hotel 10 meters. I only write down the negative things for the sake of development. We asked to turn off the AC and they turned off, it s a very good AC and our dog is always freezing. They were very helpful every day.

They add 4 water from the minibar, at check out but we didn t even t touched it :) They give me back the money inmediatelly but noone apologized because of that I have to go back with the bill and to complain about it. The whole situation was little weird. I felt I m the one who have to exuse myself. There were some strangeness with parking as well. I think you should put lines, because someone thinks he needs 2 places for one car :) The shower gel wasn t filled. It was empty for 5 days but we have our own so we didn t asked for it, but I think the cleaning lady should check it and not report falsely water missing from minibar. Bed linen changed 2 times. We asked for scrambled eggs but someone gave it to a man, who sit there alone, our two portion eggs. We wait there for 20 minutes, after I asked again and they made again but noone apologized that they gave to another costumer. But the weirdest thing was that the older lady told us: ohhh you are immigrants in an interesting tone. we think it's too personal. we didn't start a conversation about that, she just noticed. :). no slippers and robes. The hotels lights are very strong, there is a very good quality curtain but on the top it s not covers the light.

Very nice Hotel just in front of beach . A lot of restaurants are around . Hotel is looks new and very comfortable

The suite was amazing on the terrace. Stuff was super kind and professional.
