- The staff was warm and friendly, food was great and the room was very clean. The kids loved the pool and the beach was a 2 minute walk across the main street. There were bumper cars, trampolines, a swing ride (for little kids) and an arcade, just a few minutes walk, for some evening fun with the kids!
- We were very pleased with the hotel from the first moments we entered the building. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were accommodated immediately after our very early arrival. The room was big enough for three of us and we had a wonderful sea view. In September the room was not too hot. The breakfast was plentiful, mostly sweet. The surrounding was quiet and the hotel is very closed to the beach. The swimming pool was ideal for our little child.

- basic accommodation with toilet door lock broken . room was clean comfortable but basic which was fine for the price. pool was great after a long day at the racing
- We missed vegetables and cheese at breakfast and there were mosquitos everywhere (That was a general issue for us in the whole Riccione).
- The bathroom was a little cramped, but ok.The decor in the common areas was not completely to my taste; it was slightly old fashioned and busy - too many fake flowers :)

I was completely satisfied with this hotel; it was excellent value for money. The staff, without exception, were all pleasant and helpful. My room (single) was small but with adequate space. It had a balcony overlooking the beach with was a real bonus.The air con was almost silent and effective.The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice including scrambled eggs and bacon.The pool was good and I often had it to myself.I loved the fact that the hotel offered bicycles for free. (Just a tip - bring your own bicycle lock as sometimes they couldn't find the key to the locks they had).
The bathroom was a little cramped, but ok.The decor in the common areas was not completely to my taste; it was slightly old fashioned and busy - too many fake flowers :)

Things beyond the hotel's control such as the suffering the aptly named discoteque Samsara imposes on its sleeping neighbours in the middle of the night - but who wants to sleep 3am in the morning in Riccione you may ask ...
