- The staff is exceptional but the room was awful, ugly, very poor quality, not vintage but just horrible, not for a 4 stars hotel! It was so awful that I left shortly and had to book a room in another hotel. When I spoke with the management to ask for a refund she refused and tried to justify the room. Total unacceptable, It was a very sad room, had a little balcony, horrible as well. Ruin my trip! I had to pay two rooms for the same night!

This hotel has an excellent location , superb , right in center of Riccione, near "palazzo dei congressi" in the walking area. Breakfast is also very good , you can find everything you want, delicious and well presented, Home made cakes and fruit . Room small but nice, comfortable , as well as Bathroom . We also had a Dog and it was quite well.

The staff were very welcoming, took me to car park to park my healy,Andriana controled and managed our stay with a great attitude, i will be recommending this hotel to my friends as the people in the business make the expierence so worth while.

This hotel has the best breakfast I've ever seen.Decent size room with great aircon and thick walls(very quiet).Very helpful staff.
