Everything and everyone is exceptional. The hotel is spotless. The owner is always present making sure things run smoothly, professionally and it shows - there is heart in every detail. The maître d knows what you want and need before you do. The choices on the menu will satisfy everyone. Take it from someone who is picky. Nice location close to the beach, lovely staff, pretty good breakfast with some hot options as well. Had no problem finding parking even on the street in early October because it had been quiet.

The facilities were outdated, especially the room. The room wouldn't exceed expectations even if it was a 2-star hotel, let alone a 4-star hotel. We were there in October and had no heat so we were really uncomfortable in the room.

Surprise us with dinner in the restaurant of this hotel with perfect food and service. Very good breakfast with a variety of products.

it was a small hotel with a great family feel staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful .we only had breakfast there but it was good .there is lots of restaurants about .The hotel was very clean every were .they were even hovering leaves from round the pool ,which was heated.

I like the staff hospitality and dining area

The food did not meet my expectations. The room was smaller than expected and the spa area was dim and tiny. The hotel is over half an hour walk from the centre.

Refurbished *** from the sixties. Really small rooms which corresponds radher to a bad *** , poorly equipped. Looks way worse in reality than in pictures. Poor breakfast. In general Rimini and Riccione is expensive and disappointing. Dirty sea full of gunk and you have to pay 30€ to enter a beach. Do yourself a favor and go to Spain, for half price you get way more, oh and the sea is stunning there...

We loved everything about this hotel. If you want a real Romagnola experience with outstanding service, 5-course meals twice a day - plus an incredible breakfast you have to come here. The owner, the front desk, the Maitre'd, the wait staff and the cleaning staff all make sure every attention to detail is taken care of. The dining room runs perfectly, Marco and the staff will anticipate your every need. This is where you come to feel good. The owner also organizes cocktails and special evenings over an above what you expect.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. We felt very welcomed. An absolutely fantastic breakfast service and such a helpful pleasant efficient team - they remembered our morning drinks orders and we really enjoyed chatting with them each morning. Fabulous selection of food - fruit, pastries, toast, eggs, meat, yoghurt and gluten free options too. Delicious.Beds were very comfortable.Lovely heated pool, very relaxing if you don't fancy the beach or if weather a bit rubbish.Very near to the beach segment - italy has a very strange way of dividing the beach per hotel area so that there is not really any free public access and beds are pricey but this is Italy not the hotel. Easy to walk to the main street for shopping and restaurants and PLENTY of choice within minutes of some fantastic eateries. All types - casual to fancy.Also near to a small supermarket if you want your own snacks.Would stay here again.

Very dirty room, bad smell , very tiny room , mosquitos that made my night a nightmare.

We had perfect 5 course served dinner. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is also very good. Our room was and there was, free parking. Hotel is close to the beach and has a pool, if you like to stay there.

We heard all noise from other rooms, it seems that walls are too thin, not sound proof.

if you want to experience Romagnola Hospitality at its best - stay here. The food is outstanding, you have plenty of choices, and you will eat really well. The staff is professional, and friendly. they really want to see you happy. The hotel and the room is very clean.
