Pros +
- Clean room & Friendly staff members. Walking distance to the beach, good restaurants & shopping malls.
- Everything was very clean and the location is perfect for anything. You are in the centre of Riccione next to the important things. You can find parking on the streets, you have to search a bit but you will find it. Anyway they have undeground parking so no worries. The train is near also.
- Great value for money, I extended my stay. Rooms are very basic, but clean and with a great location. The personnel was so nice! The way they treated me was very special. I've never felt so welcomed! I had a tiny problem with my room at the beginning, and they not only changed my room but also tried very hard to compensate for that. It's also very clean!
Cons -
- Unfortunately, during our stay, encountered very rude guests above our room moving furniture around early mornings & late nights has disturbed our sleep. May be this person has ADD disorder condition.
- Some veggies for breakfast would be nice, but that's also not an italian thing - they prefer to start a day with pastries :).
- I liked everything. The best two star I’ve seen.
