The hotel is beautiful, very antique and the pool are super nice! And the staff very helpful. Really like the staying.

Nothing really. The hairdryer in the room is a bit old style. Maybe this can be changed :-)

Very elegant, clean and well maintained. The spa area is small but very nicely designed. Breakfast offered good variety of dishes in a nice setting. We didn't dine in the restaurant but it was appealing. As we visited off-season, the hotel and resort were quiet but still enough "life" to make it an interersting stay.

Everything

Plastic spoons and paper napkins in room and instant powder nescafe instead of a coffee machine. No milk for tea. Squeaky bathroom door.

It was a great pleasure to stay at this hotel. The location is convenient (close to the beach, shopping streets and railway station), there is a parking upon request.The staff is great. Special thanks to Olha at the receiption! You made our stay heartwarming!The breakfast will be great for those who is fond of confectionary, bakery and fruits)

I would add a bit more vegetables for the breakfast. That's the only thing)

Hair dryer not very strong and tv not working but very minimal the place is luxury

Breakfast was exceptional. Everything you could want and constantly replenished. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the staff were, without exception, fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were all unfailingly polite and helpful. Room was lovely if a little small. Towels replaced morning and evening if necessary and beds turned down at night with a sweet on the pillow and nightwear laid out on the bed.Outdoor pool was lovely with clean towels supplied and sun loungers available but limited in number so you had to claim your place early. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious.Without doubt one of the best hotels I have stayed in.

If I was being really picky, it would have been nice to have a few more English channels on the TV, there was only BBC News, but this was not particularly worrying as we were out most of the time. I can't think of any other negatives.

- beautiful classical hotel with nice decor.- friendly and professional staff. - good and varied breakfast. - small but excellent spa with hot pools, nice large terrace pool. - central location close to the beach.

- super small rooms (Classic Double); so little space you can't even open a large suitcase on the floor. room size totally inadequate for 5* standard. - tiny dark bathroom that shares half a window with room next door(!). ok for a hostel, unacceptable for a 5* hotel. and shows the rooms were artificially cut in half to fill more beds into the property. - very weak and patchy wi-fi signal. impossible to work from room. - walls and windows are thin, so you hear loud street traffic and voices from neighbouring rooms, garbage people in the morning, etc. - disco or bars down the hotel's street playing loud techno music until after 05:00 in the morning. - no place to relax and read (lobby dark and uncomfortable, terrace too hot, so seating area around the entrance parking is the least uncomfortable alternative but not ideal. Some sort of shaded garden terrace or lounge is missing).

Standard room are too small for price/value and 5* hotel.

Great Property, comfortable room, staff very friendly and accommodating, highly recommend.

The service and people are excellent

When we stayed there were x mas parties 4 nights out of 5 so we couldn’t relax. The bed for us was too hard really stiff not our personal choice

Breakfast was good with a good choice of food. Location was very central 10 mins walk to train and bus station

Pool could have been bigger. Taxi was 25 euros to the airport on arrival and 30 euros back! Rimini airport

bed was large but basic. some details would require a refresh/renovation

a bit kitch but lovely. The personnel makes the difference. in particular the barman, from whom I am learning every time solething new about Gyn. unfortunately I cannot remember his name.

if the pool could be heared that would be great to use during October November on cool days and nights.Shower door of my bathrool was not sealing water splashes properly.

The building is really fine. Staff friendly and available, breakfast really good.

This hotel is like no other. Such a beautiful building and love how they have kept the style true to its era.
