Good location , helpful friendly staff

I could hear the trains very early in the morning

Some of receptionist staff a bit too blunt and abrupt coming across rude and not welcoming. Could improve their customer service

We were surprised by the shopping and restaurants that were literally within steps of the hotel. The beach was very close. The hotel is beautiful. When in Italy we will definitely book a stay here!

I really don't have anything bad to say about this hotel. The breakfast was great, the staff were friendly, and this was our largest hotel room for our three-week trip to Italy.

Location was great. Next to the train station and to the main walking street. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Hairdryer could've been more powerful) also, only one socket available for a charger next to the bed.

I didn’t like the property at all because we didn’t stay I booked at 21st and because there was no availability it automatically booked the next day which wasn’t suitable I then spoke to the property and they said I could swop at a cost of €290 which was not acceptable no other way so booked somewhere else not happy at all

Bed was very uncomfortable, made my back ache The bedside ‘cabinets’ were unpainted pieces of wood (see photo) ! Room very basic. Bathroom was too big for what was needed and bedroom too small. Felt like I was in student accommodation but I certainly didn’t pay student prices!

Location is very good only 1 minute from train station and all the room are new in the wood floor, looks like also they have new bathroom. The Breakfast it's very reach the staff members working in the morning are very good and friendly. The location is cool with a nice pool (I didn't go). I like also the second exit just next to the main street where you can easily walk. The location is super Safe but in general Riccione is safe. The Check-in and Check-out process very easy. All the room work with a very good AC.

They can improve little bit the bed confort, it's good but little bit too hard for my taste.

Breakfast is very good, staff are very helpful and friendly and the location is great, yes there is a bit of train noise but you are opposite the station so it is expected, it never spoils our stay

Easy check in. The receptionists were polite, fast, courteous and professional. which were greatly appreciated, as we had driven hours to get here.The room is clean and cozy, & has all the amenities we need for a stay. AND we're super close to every attraction! A breath of fresh air! From the vibes, to the service, to the drinks, everything was outstanding. The bartender is so good at his work Such a chill but interesting atmosphere with delicious cocktails. Will be back! My family and i will definitely be returning based off of the service and overall kindness and attention of the staff , I would like to come back here for my prenup pictures ❤️

Parking on site is expensive, the location is next to a high speed railway line and the car park becomes extremely busy so Reception kept my car keys in case they needed to rearrange the cars overnight. Seemed unusual.

Friendly and professional wait staff and reception staff. Charming ambiance. We were pleasantly surprised by the New Year's Eve pre-dinner buffet and drinks.

Great hospitality great breakfast and the maid was so nice and cheerful. Plus the spa was fun!

I wish i could mingle more with the guests but it seemed mostly couples and I was the odd single guy there. But had a blast nonetheless!
