breakfast, location, service. The hotel staff really helped me with expired car parking.

The strong sewage smell in the bathroom and in the room. Honestly, the hotel is in urgent need of a major renovation.

Horrible view on old destroyed building ! I was paying over ! No privat beach how was written on site. No swimming pool no sport area. What’s 4 stars hotel. Best staff safes situation!

The room was comfortable and had been nicely renovated, except for the shower. However, everything else was great, with a stunning view and helpful staff.

The wall-mounted folding shower enclosure was a major disappointment. It was uncomfortable and significantly detracted from the quality of the stay.

The location is superb and not only can you hear the sea but you can see and smell it!

Absolutely nothing ! decor is little dated but only adds to the atmosphere

The shower was horrible and very little toiletries available.

The hotel is located right opposite and facing the Riccione beach. We had a room facing the sea, and were treated to the most magnificient view of the sunrise!! The breakfast is generous and has good variety, along with great service!

Very nice location, on the front beach. Private parking is available with extra cost (22 eur). Good breakfast too ...

Everything is pretty small ... the shower is very close too toilet and badly build ... water may come down heavily when making shower.Also be aware not to take the milk glass to put water or juice in it ... not sure why is so important that one, but we were told in breakfast that we did a mistake doing so :) :) :)

The location is great.

That is not a 4-star hotel, not even 2. It is very old, shabby, and uncomfortable with such tiny rooms from the 60' last century. It needs a serious refurbishing and it seems that nobody cares about it. But they didn't hesitate to ask for 3 euros to pay for the tiny fruit that I took after my paid breakfast. A shame!

The hotel needs a renovation, the rooms are too old and multiple things were not working

lack of information on website. bike rental prices and availability, to go boxes at breakfast, bar available after hours, no locked storage for early or late commings and goings ect. More inroamtion on website would have been great to know ahead of time

The position is superb, just across the street from the beach. Lovely staff. Great breakfast. Top value for money.

Really “Vintage” as its name suggests, the room was cheap, but paid EUR 15 to park the motorcycle in the underground garage, the room was clean, but the bathroom was old, some part of the tap detaching as the paint on the wall, they give shower gel in those bags which are difficult to open once wet. The breakfast is of a 4 star hotel, sorry but the room is not!
