The Promenade Luxury Wellness Hotel

Excellent staff, cleanliness, quality breakfast

Loved all!

Elegant and beautiful hotel. We didn't eat at The Floor restaurant but did enjoy the roof top bar with infinity pool where we had excellent sushi and cocktails as we watched the sun set. Breakfast was very generous in variety and included in our rate. Outdoor pool and beach accommodations were nice. Rooms were very pretty and modern. Large showers with rain showers were appreciated. Booking a room with a belcony with view of the ocean was worth it. Beds were comfortable. Overall the hotel was high end and we would definitely recommend.

Ironically, we booked an upgraded room with a front ocean view and wood floor and it creaked when we walked on it. Our daughter had a side ocean view room that cost less but was a nicer room that had a nicer tile floor. Otherwise the stay was enjoyable and comfortable.

Nice modern rooms and bathroom. Very comfortable beds. Excellent restaurant on the 6th floor, excellent rooftop bar and very good breakfast. Helpful, polite and always smiling staff. Valet parking is a plus. I loved the music in the corridors.

The air conditioning was not very powerful and turns off automatically when you exit the room. The room gets a bit hot during the day.I am not really fond of open closets but that’s really a small detail. The overall impression is positive.

Water temperature of the outdoor swimming pool a little too hot at 32. No sun umbrellas.

Promenade hotel is the best hotel ever built in Riccione.The hotel it made my stay wonderful. all services and housekeeping at high level. breakfast was excellent by Gabriel. Promenade team makes everything perfectly. special thanks to reception officer Mrs Eman for fast check in and for all assistance she provided. definitely smart and highly recommended hotel for people who want to enjoy the holidays. hopefully will visit again

Entirely new property. Very clean, modern and hi-tech rooms. Great gym facility for a hotel. Amazing views from the rooftop bar and restaurants. Attentive staff in general.

Only one elevator shaft to reach the rooms (the second one was only for going up to rooftop and restaurants.

The room lights switchs on alone every 15 minutes while u r sleeping and the electic curtains opens alone , every time i wake up to switch off the lights and they cone back again , very dirty rooms , room service is terrible,
