Breakfast was superb, in the high end of 3* hotels, and the lady hosting breakfast was extremely professional.

Very good communication with the hotel before arriving, clean rooms, very good breakfast, two minutes walking far from beach, city center pretty close. It is recommended to book a parking place from the hotel.

The location was great. The room was quite small but it was okay for a 1 night stay.

Internet speed was pretty slow.

Th breakfast was very good and the location of the hotel is perfect. It's right in the centre of Riccione, very close to the beach and close also to many restaurants.

The staff was really nice, breakfast delicious, a various choise of Italian food, the location is next to the beach, just some steps away. There is possibility for paid parking in front of the hotel. They offer complementary coffe/drink upon arrival and departure.

Outside the hotel looks very nice, but the rooms are old, the room/bathroom was not sparkling clean, there was limestone everywhere, the pool is next to the street with a lot of cars passing by …

The super friendly, helpful and kind lady in the reception. Overall, the staff was excellent.The breakfast was perfect and delicious ,with a great variety of sweet and savory options. The location was very good and easy to access to the city center and the train station

Thin walls

Has everything you need for a short stay. Lovely breakfast spreads with plenty of options. The room was a little small but perfect for what you need - large wardrobe, good sized shower and bathroom and a very short walk to the beach. It’s also very close to restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Overall a very pleasant stay, would definitely recommend.

The staff is beyond standards for sure polite and responsive. The breskfast is more than sufficient for everybody. Rooms are clean.

If I would have got what I paid (Junior sweet) for then the place in general would have been ok, but as we did not cannot really say anything good...

Hotel sold me junior sweet with 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom and 1 bathroom, but they do not have such a room. The answer was no can do you will get our "junior sweet" which was standard room on 3rd floor and that's it... discussion did not make any difference, reception promised to talk to director, no difference. Complaint to booking.com did not make any difference. It looks like hotel can sell what ever to their customer and then deliver something else and you just have to take it what they happen to give you. So be aware you have been warned :)

I booked a room with sea with, they gave me one with a view on the main roadVery impolite stuff, I got out a couple of times during the very early morning and I got asked questions but the guy working the night shift, can't you just mind your own business? Very nice interior design in the rooms, minimalistic/Japanese with sliding doors, warm and elegant. Quiet area but very close to the center. Very good breakfast and service.

I was told I would get sea view but instead had a room facing other buildings and the mountains!
