Best Western Cesena Hotel

Very convenient for our stay. Clean and superfriendly staff. Bathrooms are dated. Very bad soundproofing systems. People in next room were very noisy during the night and we had difficulty sleeping. Breakfast was super good and lady in breakfast room was so friendly.

Excellent breakfast, clean room and bathroom, Very good location if you want to visit surrounding places of interest (Ravenna, San Marino, Rimini, Bologna). Parking provided. We were really happy with this hotel and will gladly recommend it to anyone.

Reception is open 24 hours so it’s very convenient. Nice, clean rooms, little balcony, spacious bathroom, bidet, kettle, coffee, tea, parking garage. Professional and kind staff.

Walls are to thin and you can hear everything.

We asked at the reception if we had breakfast included. The answer was that Booking never! books breakfast..then we were hoping to pay adtional for breakfast in the hotel but we were not offered anything like this, more like treated as we were about to steal it.anyway in the town one can find fine breakfast and coffee at really low price in the very heart of the city center.What was worse ,nobody cares to give you whatever advice on public transport from hotel to the city and this transport is pathetic.Make sure to go there by car yours or rented. The hotel is beoynd the city border and the last bus goes only till 9 pm.In every other hotel in Italy we would be worned about that littlel incovinience.In The end it is noisyWe were on vacation I could accept that but having in mind the above mentioned it is more like a business hotel with midnight noise.

I think the hotels should take much more care to isolate the rooms from the noise. They should also advice the guests to speak quiter and not to behave as if they were at their own home..

Breakfast was good

the mattress wasn’t convenient and couldn’t sleep well

The staff were very helpful and supportive,Paolo was very nice .The lady incharge of the breakfast was very helpful and good at what she does

The only downside is the heating in the room.Very hot in the room had to open the window in the middle of the night didn't sleep well at all.Next night i asked the receptionist about heating he said that it show that the room temperature is 23 degree.So i asked him to turn it off .Let's say i had a better sleep then the previous night.

I love the staff of them s hotel. They are great. The location is close to the highway and easy to go back. And the facilities are essential but great for my needs.

No food services in hotel or close by (industrial area). Leaky toilet. Thin walls between rooms. Tired old room furnishings. Sachet coffee. Seriously like stepping into the 70s. Cheap but not cheap enough.

Very good as always. Only with masks and antibacterial gel this time. Nothing to complain about, breakfast was fine, pizzeria is 2 minutes walk away, undergroung parking is available (but be ready to operate in very tight corners)

The room was super clean and the environment was so cool and I loved everything about the hotel.

The bed was comfortable, that's the most important thing in a hotel
