Friendly staff, clean rooms that are cleaned every day.

Very poor breakfast. No vegetables, only one or two choices of cheese and sausage. Only one hot option, which did not change all week.The hair dryer in the room is so old that I do not recommend using it. For SPA area is paid additionally.

Parking is an issue. Also we found clothes from people who were in the room before us. It was not properly cleaned

Terrible experience! Booked this hotel which stated that they had parking, arrived to find that you had to leave your car in an unsafe area nearby with no CCTV or gate. The hotel refused a refund as I had to book another hotel which did have a car park and was safe

The hotel falsely advertised that it had parking, but in face there is an unkempt piece of land nearby with no gate, no cctv and quite a few men loitering around. Not somewhere that I felt safe leaving my vehicle. The hotel refused a refund

Breakfast could've been better. I would have used the spa if it was open more.

On Sundays there is no room service in operation. I think they should reconsider it

Lovely hotel . Last minute booking for us. Very helpful staff . We travel with our dogs . In the room was a dogs bed and water bowl . Which was a nice touch . The room service food we had was fantastic couldn’t praise it enough. Best ever and we travel a lot. We also had breakfast in the room. We prefer to eat in the room as it is so much easier when traveling with our dogs .

The facilities state parking. The car park was a public car park and although large was packed . It took half an hour to get a space. Not great .

They have a very nice Spa!

The rooms are a bit old and can use a renovation (especially the bathroom) also no tea or coffee in the roomExcept the coffee I did not really liked the breakfast There is no private parking

Nothing really , I was told that they didn’t have a reserved parking but there was one free next to the hotel !!! Snag it was full , had to drive around to finally find a space in a back street . I phoned the day prior my arrival to book a massage !! Samantha told me last massage at 2pm , then I enquired about the spa ? She offered me a spot at 10pm !!! Right !!! In the evening I went to the lounge to have a drink !! The glass was as big as a small vase !!! Pretty with a gallon of ice it was 3 degrees Celsius outside and rainy I had to ask to have some ice removed by a member of staff which I had to summon as he was eating at the back !! He proceeded to remove the ice with a scoop hence half the gin !! Figures out of season and they do this on front of me !! I can imagine in a busy period no one would be the wiser .

The room was stifling, I am a singer and came to the hotel as I was recording with my band live in a theatre in the town !!! Couldn’t sleep the duvet was wrapped in a top sheet which I battle with half the night !! No water on offer I had to pay from the mini bar !!! Frankly I have stayed in lesser rated establishments that care about what they offer , my impression is that they just didn’t care .

the staff were very friendly. the food was very good.

Early on in the 4 day trip I had to change plans and cut short my stay by one night. Even though they had more than the 48 hour notice there was no refund for that night and the man said that was because of the booking site. Very disappointing after they told another lady told me they could, not happy about that as I travel a lot of places and this is not a problem as with work things change quickly.

Public parking place not always available.Even parking is behind hotel,if you driving it is important to enter into your navigation device adress of the public parking.

Receptionist was welcoming and friendly. Booked a double room and ended up with a suite. 3 twin beds in one room and large super king in the other. Very comfortable and clean. Good choice at breakfast including hot and cold food.

Clean and accommodating. The staff made an effort to speak English to us.

A swimming pool would be ideal.

Massage at spa was more like a gentle rub.

An excellent hotel on the outskirts of town with adjacent free parking. On arrival, receptionist was very efficient but it would have been nice for her to be a bit friendlier. Fantastic facilities, much more than we expected and as such didn't use the spa (missed opportunity). Good breakfast with lovely waiting staff and hassle-free check out.

They offer a good breakfast and amazing coffee.

They are not transparent with all charges: they mention additional SPA charges but not the city tax. So we had to pay 3 euro per day per person while when you book you understand you won't pay anything else.

Location is a 10-15 minute walk from the historic center but it worked well for us.

Nothing to bother us. Maybe better breakfast, we missed the typical Italian coffee ...

the room was beautifull, we slept very well after a Long Trip.

In the shower we found used bottles of Soap from the guests before as we payed for an Suite.I complained and got an we are so sorry.An discount on the price would have been nice.

Nice hotel at a quiet location not far away from the city. Good parking around the corner. Good cappuccino at breakfast!
