The receptionist were very kindly and it was closer to the city center

Once I arrived and entered my room the windows were completely open, so I was freezing.The bathroom is very tight, but essential. No fridge in the room but in the hallway.The walls are not thick, so you can hear all the noises during the night disturbing your rest.The cost of the stay is not worth it.

Convenient position, friendly staff.

The hotel is super old, it definitely needs some renovations. The camera did not look like the photos. Very small, and also noisy camera because facing the street. On top of that the heating system was old and very noisy, which made it difficult to sleep. The floor was dirty and the bed linen had holes in it?!? Very disappointing. The glass of the bathroom showers door was yellow, clearly outdated and worn out.In the camera there wasn't even a coffee machine, a kettle or a little fridge. They were only on a table outside the room to share with the rest of the level..Unfortunately it is literally a place to sleep for 1 night, if you don't have any other options, nothing else. It is definitely not worth the money you pay for.

old, uncomfortable bed, micro tv, no amenities, awful experience, I left after 2 nights and I received zero credit for the remainder of my staying!

Staff are very friendly and helpful. They were able to advise us when we needed directions. The cleaning staff are amazing! Efficient, and very thorough. The shower was great! Powerful and roomy, and also a place for all our things, which is unusual.

The pillows were very flat. I wished I had taken my own.

Loved the balcony and my dad loved the bidet!

Lack of breakfast in the morning.
