- The location was good, near the city center

- The bedroom was dirty. The bedsheets were stained with blood and matted with hair, and the floor around the bed was caked with dirt. We had planned to stay for two nights, but that quickly changed. I approached the manager to express my concerns, and he offered us a different bedroom. However, the condition of the first room had already put us off, so I declined. He then assured me that he would refund our money. A week passed, and we heard nothing further from them. It turned out that the accommodation was a hostel, though this crucial detail was nowhere to be found during the booking process. We only discovered this upon arrival. They did send an email with the information, but I had booked the room just a few hours before our arrival and hadn't had the chance to read it. I appreciate that the accommodation wasn't expensive, but the minimum I would expect was clean bed sheets.
