THe hotel is close to the bridge to Chioggia. The room is although small but very comfortable and clean. Giovanni and the whole stuff is very nice. Giovanni is very helpful.

The housekeeper was simply great - very welcoming attitude, taking care that the guest has even more than he needs. The room was quite small, but for one person just enough, and there were some nice details, speaking about the used furniture. The bathroom in the contrary was pretty big, very clean and nice. The breakfast then was awesome! And there was even a lift in that accommodation, so moving of the staff was pretty easy.

Breakfast was excellent. Treatment, super. Answers by the hosts to my questions were perfect. (Where to go for supper and dinner, etc.., which busses to catch, informing me through maps, )

I really don't know what I didn't like, since everything was nice. May be the more than an hour distance of my daily travel, was it a bit too long ? Venice-Chioggia has a spectacular scenery anyway. The hotel was too convenient for its cost, thus deserving its travel hour! So its price was fair, since I took pictures or shot short videos of the street scenes or took a little bit nap to restore energy for the coming days. The landscape of the lagoon and the (less-habited) uninhabited coastal area is awesome; the 1 hr travel, both, before noon and in the evening as I return, wonderful.

Great nice owner! Tasty breakfast and close to the beach

Awesome location - a 2 minute walk from the beach (and dog beach). This is a dog friendly hotel, which I love (I stayed with my dog at no extra charge). The host was very friendly and helpful, even though I didn't speak Italian, he made sure to explain everything in English.

No free parking, but there's a 5 euro/day parking a short walk from the hotel.

the room was small but modern and clean. the place is very close to the beach and the city centre. the owner sign. Giovanni was very lovely and kind and gave me a lot of suggestions! they even gave me a small gift as they support a local charity! very nice people and great location I will definitely go back next time I am in Sottomarina.

We highly recommend this place. A wonderful owner who is very nice and helpful to the guests (we were a few hours late with our arrival and the owner waited a long time for us). The hotel is very clean. The location of the hotel was very good too. We have only good memories.

For a one star hotel it is very nice. The man working on reception is extremly kind, even hotel doesnt have its own parking, he waited outside and provided us a parking sport in front of hotel. Espresso coffee for welcome. A small present on leaving. The room was very clean, with a nice balcony and it had everything you need. The hotel is 2min walk from the beach and center of Sottomarina

On the booking page, the room we got was explained that it had one large and one single bed. When we arrived there was only large bed, i traveled with a family member so it was not ok. The price is pretty high for one star hotel. Breakfast could be better, the choise was pretty poor and we needed to take another breakfast soon after the one in hotel.

Giuseppe is the most amazing and generous host, he didn't leave any desire unfulfilled! The location is great, close to the beach and to Chioggia, parking available, great breakfast, impeccable service, simply delightful! 100% recommended!

The apartment was very nice and had a fully equipped kitchen and a large balcony. The apartment was spotless, spacious and in a great location close to the beach. It looked a lot better than the photos on booking. :)The owner, Felice was also very friendly and helpful and took good care of all his guests. He served a simple Italian breakfast in the mornings and good coffee. Felice also gave us a some reading material and recommendations of where to go, what to see etc. :)I would recommend 100%
