The pools.

In the room 318 of my kids and mother we found a bug. My daughter was shocked upon seeing it and scream. We killed it with a shoes. In our room 406 there is hair on the shower. I guess the cleaners are on a hurry but then i hope next time they clean well.

Well I could say hotel is alright especially the breakfast was so fine the place is well maintained

The only thing that I don’t like there’s no soap and shampoo inside the bathroom in our room

The swimming pool is great! The water temperature is just right, making it perfect for a family stay.

There are ants in the room, which is a bit upsetting.

I loved the thermal pools and the availability of spa treatments. My two massages were just what I needed after days of travelling. The ambience of the hotel is very relaxed, there was no need to leave it although I went for little walks.

The staff were so lovely, helpful and polite. The food was very good. We booked in for breakfast and dinner. Dinner was a little rushed but still enjoyable. Gorgeous pools.

We booked a standard room and although very clean and the beds were comfortable it was very dated and quite shabby. Although we had a terrace it overlooked all the pipes for the pool and the terrace was very dirty so that spoiled it a bit.!

We loved the hotel. Everything about it was excellent. This has become our favorite Terme hotel in MonteGrotto or Abano. The pools are large and clean as are all the facilities. The food was also excellent -- especially the breakfast. Our double room was the perfect size. We will go back to this hotel.

Dinner in bistro...horrible

In general, the hotel more than corresponds to its 3*.The rooms are quite comfortable, the mattresses and pillows are new orthopedic, the spa area is designer and the most modern. From the outdoor pool and restaurants there is a picturesque view of the park and Duomo dei Santi Pietro ed Eliseo

Of the minuses, despite the fact that the spa complex looks the most modern and elegant, it is not the most convenient and functional.Also, its cleanliness and compliance with sanitary standards are questionable. (At the time of opening (8:00), the pool area was not cleaned).

Lunch and dinner were amazing. Antipasti alone would suffice for a descent meal. Great salad bar. Different menu every day. Sunbeds are always available at the pool area. You are given a handy bag to take your stuff to the pool. Parking included. Overall a good stay. We left happy.

Even water is extra paid for lunch and dinner. Surprisingly old and ugly corridors while rooms and pool area is descent. Regular keys for the rooms (not cards). Small elevator. Uneven floor in rooms ;-) Minimal gym. As most of the guest are in their late 60ties or 70ties not much entertainment (however that might be a good thing at the same time).Small pool outside, not designed for swimming. Although we did successfully swam in it. Only people that speak any English are at the reception. It didn't seem to be a problem though. Everybody is very nice and willing to help.

Front desk wasn’t very welcoming. It was a complicated walk to get from the rooms to the pool.

The food and pools were brilliant.

The air-conditioning in my room didn't work. The hotel supplied me with a fan, but it didn't cook the room. It was extremely hot and I couldn't sleep.

The rooms are private. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. Check in into the facility was pre-arranged and smooth.

The hotel did not allow for late check out. No food variety served in and around the facility. No shuttle service to and from the train station or airport

The main receptionist and the cleaning lady were nice. The pools were super nice, in particular after dinner when the rush of people has passed.

The customers are mainly old retired people, just a few young families from time to time. The breakfast is decent, but I wouldn't recommend to stay for lunch and dinner, food is prepared in advance, mediocre quality of ingredients and I didn't expect that for the price we paid. Another negative note on the pictures and the actual status of the building... I booked for the nice pictures posted on the website and I was given an outdated, dusty room with green curtains, the toilet was nice but the shower floor was damaged. I talked to the reception and the day after they kindly gave us a proper room, like the one we saw in the pictures. One day at 13.30 called the reception to ask for some milk and they hung up the phone without talking in English. Overall too much money compared to what you receive.

Staff is nice, the food gets better and better. Perfectly clean all around. Will come back for sure.

In the pool area, many button switches don"t work. Some maintenance is needed. I didn't like the lock of the balcony door, that lockes by itself. As a foreigner, I was not familiar with such lock and had a scary moment because of that. :D Many thanks to the nicest lady from 1st floor, who helped me!!! Next time I will be more cautious ;)

Very comfortable, good service, delicious and abundant food. Would definitely suggest going for the half board to enjoy the dinner service as well! It was great to have the thermal pools also in a very beautiful location just a quick walk from the train station.

Loved the pools and the massage services!. The breakfast is good. The updated rooms are amazing.

The attitude of the man at the front desk, this was my second visit and he is consistently impolite.

This was my second stay in Eliseo Terme. I had to come back because I needed to relax and feel pampered for a change :) Eliseo offers everything I am looking for. Friendly and hospitable staff, good food, swimming and relaxing in thermal water, cleanliness. This time I learned that Montegrotto is perfect for hiking as well. So much to see in the area! I will be back soon. Grazie to all the wonderful team!

The hotel had a good location,was clean and comfortable

When we checked out we paid 27 Euro for two bottle of water and 3 small chocholate bar from the frigobar that we tought was included in the stay. On the bill it says 10 items from figobar,but we only took 5 items during our 2 day stay. I was very clear of only taking 5 items during the whole stay but it seems it got lost in translation somehow. We also paid 2.5 Euro for each person in turist tax a total of 15 Euro for 2 adults and a child aged 10.When arriving on our next hotel they said that childs below 12 should not pay turist tax. I dont care about the money ,but I do really care about not stealing...And I felt they did steal from us this time. I would not recommend staying here because of that.
