We truly enjoyed our stay.The only thing I’d like to mention is that we expected the private bathroom to be spotless, but it seemed like it had only been quickly wiped rather than properly cleaned.That made us a bit unsure about the cleanliness of the sheets and the place overall.Anyway, we came mainly for the hot water pool, and that experience was great.

Dinner in the restaurant was a super classy gourmet experience! We also enjoyed the Bistro, where the manager is very kind and professional.

The Terme was beautiful. Not too big and a little restaurant in it. Lots of sun lounges and tree for shade. Plus it's open till 11pm. Hamman, steam room, sauna. Beautiful

The rooms where a bit outdated and had some wear and tear. Not really 4 star hotel. Breakfast buffet was good but not much gluten free or lactose free options.

Very enjoyable terme pools, great food, excellent staff. Had a wonderful stay and will return again! Hotel staff are very professional, polite and client-focused. The restaurant staff are well-trained and deliver an enjoyable breakfast and dinner experience.

Rooms are a little dated, but nonetheless very clean and comfortable. A peaceful night's rest is assured.

Location, park, bath

The pools and spa are are in very good state. The water quality good, warm, relaxing. We'll come again :)

Children are not allowed in the steam bath.

All facilities and SPA-center were excellent, also my room was beautiful, wonderful place, rich breakfast, friendly staff, great price. but unfortunately, it wasn't as quiet as I waited

I got room which was with door-connecting other room, and through this door I could hear everything that was happening in the next room, and there were some pretty loud residents there

It was like a paradise in February. The huge room, excellent spa-facilities, perfect breakfast and delicious dinner. Ideal staff at all location. Love-love-love!

Nothing, everything was perfect

I love the people here, everyone is super nice and make sure you have a wonderful stay. You have to stay for lunch or dinner, especially dinner. Brealfast os very noce too you have all possible options. The garden and swimming pool areas are very nice, with lots of space to relax and walk. You have bikes for free and the venue is 5 min away from the station so it is easy to reach by train from any nearby airport.

Unfortunately this time my room, or my floor was rather noisy. Stairs doors were used for coming in/out and they make a lot of noise when closing, not that people were slamming doors. The shower in the standard rooms are rather small, so you know, although the bathroom is large.There was also a hotel party on Saturday, which might not be fun for those who want to rest. You should check, if you are not in the mood. During the week there was a very different vibe, more relaxed and in the weekend more families with children and group of friends, just you know.

The pools and the sauna and the aromatherapy and hamman ...

I am in love with this hotel, and have visited it many times. Only this time I will not give it a 10, as always. It is a wonderful experience to pamper yourself with warm thermal pools in the winter, I especially recommend swimming pools in the morning and later in the evening, when there are fewer people, then you will feel all the beauty of nature. The hotel is very clean, tidy and comfortable. It is especially convenient for us to visit Padua and Venice by train, we tried it many times. There is also a good connection with Treviso and Venice airports. Therefore, I have hope that I will return.

This time the evening staff's inattention upon our late arrival was disappointing. We booked 2 separate bookings because we arrived late at night, just for an overnight stay. One booking for 1 night without dinner, the other booking for 2 nights with dinner, breakfast is always included. The reception did not warn us that they had upgraded the room category for only 1 night, although both bookings had the same room category, only the meals option was different. After breakfast, we calmly left the hotel by train to Venice, walked there, and were informed at 11 am that we had to move to another room of a lower category. We were stressed that we were not warned. What to do, to return from Venice? We wanted to stay in a better room with a surcharge, but there were no places for us for the next nights, the hotel was full. It was good that we can to move when we returned in the afternoon from Venice. The other room was good enough, only without a large bath, there were really not many differences, only the radiator heating did not work, we had to ask for help. This time we were not as happy with the food as before. The fruit salad for breakfast had a strange taste, as if it was not fresh. The dinner was of a lower level than before: the salmon was overcooked, even the pasta dishes were not particularly great. The food buffet at the Saturday evenig before dinner was also not impressive, not exceptional as before. Maybe this will change, we hope with love and respect.

Pools spa and relax area are big enough clean and well maintained, breakfast was excellent with many salty and sweer options, dried fruit, vegetables, fresh fruit, fresh brot, ...

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The pools were nice, the water was warm. The Turkish bath area was amazing. The staff was great, especially the ladies from the beauty center. I had a massage with Roberta and a wrapping treatment with Rafaella and they were both really nice and professional.Dinner was delicious, it was a lot of food! We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet selection and the fresh fruit.

Breakfast and dinner included, main guy welcoming at dinner, very friendly, accommodating and helpful and room and bathroom large. Bath shape of spa bath. Dr in house in case of treatments. Welcome apéritif on arrival day.Free carpark.

Blonde lady acting like boxer dog each time she saw something she didn't like, she was like a little dictator at dinner and breakfast to her staff, slamming plates, cups and even entire tray into her staff's hands with little or no warning.or forever calling them to tell them what to do. She also yelled at customers as soon as they did something she didn't like...no sense of hospitality, just of rules...frustrating!She only was accommodating top visible very rich people, based on clothes or people in wheelchairs.Within two days, she told me off four times....?Shower floor was slippery, despite uneven floor.Over 100 channels, none in English, German nor French to watch a movie and Netflix you need your own account.3E per bottle of sparkling mineral water. At rate of room with meals, I feel that softdrinks should be included.

Beautiful spa and pools, great food and staff

The most balanced, in terms of price-quality ratio, thermal hotel in Montegroto - Terme. (I can competently compare, I have been to almost all the hotels in the city, on this trip I stayed in 3 different ones).Very hospitable and cozy, a decent thermal spa area, in addition to thermal pools and a sauna, a public aromatherapy area and a hamam.I would like to separately note the high professionalism of the hotel staff, the girl in charge of the pools, generally amazes with her energy and responsibility, ideal order and cleanliness, water quality checks every hour, in all 3 pools.Thank you and I will definitely come again.

Excellent. Staff helpful in accommodating a group with separated bookings. Complimentary wine tasting/ aperitifs were excellent. Great pools. Quality food.

The rooms (we tried two) were large and very comfortable. The bathroom with the large bath was very luxurious. The spa pool and the warm swimming pool were absolutely delightful. The staff were lovely (with the exception of one duty manager on reception), especially the staff in the pool restaurant/bar. We walked from the train station which was an easy 10 minute walk.

Nothing really. We changed rooms because our original room had a disappointing view, compared to that shown online, and the layout was a bit odd, but as the hotel was relatively quiet, there was no problem doing this. as vegans our food options were quite limited, but once we discovered spaghetti al Pomodoro in the pool restaurant, we basically had this for three nights.

Old infrastructure, smelly, especially in common/spa areas. Rude stuff (swimming pool guardian), not caring receptionists, quite poor breakfast, dinner was overpriced for the provided quality. It can be OK only for old people. I highly do not recommend it for families with kids.

Facilities were good.Room large and well appointed.

The staff were very not friendly at the dining places - near the pool, the breakfast, and at the dining room. All three experiences had staff telling us we had to leave, they were closing early and we couldn’t order half of the menu because the kitchen was closing, despite the fact we arrived and sat 10 minutes before the published hours.They kicked us out of the dining room ( admittedly we were the last ones in the dining room) but they took long to serve us. Need to be more customer friendly.
