    Pros +

    • The location is nice, and the garden.
    • The location - close to the train station and close to the hills. You can walk or bike around the beautiful surroundings. Quiet, peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. I liked the charming old-style interiors. The pools were gorgeous!
    • Pools are amazing and the territory is pretty nice

    Cons -

    • I couldn't wait to leave this place. Overall it should have cost us 150 euros and not 370 euros. i tried to cancel the booking but i was trapped. 350 euros for a small room, air-con barely working with a remote control hidden underneath a desk to try to save on energy. Peak of summer, corridors no air-con, holes in the walls, looks like they tried to upgrade with Ikea furniture. The mattress box didn't have a cover, very hard bed.it was a double and not a queen size.the pools were 'ok', staff ready to argue any inconvenience as they know they have problems.so basically a rip off. They are trying to run their facilities and expenses on the customers who would fall for the trap. For a 150 euros i would have taken all these inconveniences but not for the price of a real luxury resort.
    • The mosquitos, but I'm used to live with mosquitos in my area, so I didn't pay that much attention.
    • The room is a bit old but good maintained

Location of the house is around 45min car drive from venedig. The garden and space outside is nice and green. Breakfast is ok. Dog friendly owner, she is a really nice women, I hope she will recognize one day the hotel situation and will change the tings fast.

The Hotel is in base really nice BUT need to be renovate realy fast. The house is really old and also the furnitures are old and unconfortable. Rooms have a lot damaged furnitures, doors, showers etc. The staff is ok but they don't speak english which makes a lot of situations difficult.

Pools were spacious and clean. They were very warm so ideal for elderly and kids. It wasn't busy when we went. We even had the pool to ourself for 1h. We had a free upgrade to a suite. Which was gorgeous and the bed was firm. Internet worked well. Breakfast was plentiful and they make you the coffee you request. The hotel is dated but in a nostalgic way and it is kept well. I personally liked the vibe of the 1930s and all the mismatch furniture .

Check in and check out are out. Both slow. This could be streamlined to be faster and more efficient use of staff time.

    Friendly and helpful staff.

Room was uncomfortable and outdated. Air conditioning didn’t work. Breakfast was vile. The location is terrible. The spa is worn out. The room was infested with ants. The bed was terrible.

The Hotel has a great garden and a spacious spa facility. One could stay in the pools forever due to the thermal waters enriching the temperature and the quality of the water. The owners are there for generations and give their best given the circumstances.

The food was rather poor when you have high expectations that are quite common for Italy. The bar did not offer any snacks except for toast. The surroundings are not quite typical Italian, but rather socialistic.

lovely hot pools. sunny outside pools. lots of space but I think it was a quiet time of year (Aprilmid week). good allergy help from restaurant although food was very plain one night. spacious lounge and nice wine with dinner. a good place for a relax. I had a nice massage too. probably best to book in advance if you went multiple treatments but I couldn’t figure out how (didn’t try very hard though).

it’s nearly 20 min walk from the train station and anywhere else to eat but we were only there for a couple of nights so no problem for us. plus there were taxis and busses if you didn’t fancy the walk. you have to wear a swimming hat in the pool which they sell you for 3e. can’t imagine it’s doing anything once you’ve got your hair tied up. I didn’t mind but not everyone was wearing one and on the last morning we forgot ours and got told off (whereas other people the day before hadn’t been).

The location is nice with green surroundings. Great service and very helpful staff.

We stayed in the classic suite which was on the 1st floor, the view from the balcony wasn't what I expected, it was a bit disappointing.

It has very good potential and a great garden

It needs to be restored, most of the facilities show the signs of wear and probably haven't been maintained in years. Also the overall cleanliness of the rooms can be improved

I guess sometime back in the past this was a really great spa resort but now it is worn out and tired.

    Photographs were totally misleading
