Hotel Terme Neroniane

SPA is really nice, large and impressive. Rooms spacious and beds comfy, not a bad breakfast, but lots of other things require managerial re-thinking.

Very strange managerial decision to not provide drinking water in the room. Not a single bottle. You have to buy it at 3 euro per small 0.33 bottle. Trying to make a few euros on water while charging 250 euro per night for a room sounds like a very poor idea. The room also has no kettle, coffee, tea, toiletries and only a tiny bottle of shampoo/shower gel. All of this looks very strange at a rather expensive place with spacious rooms. Also, our rooms had leaks in the sink and shower and it was not soundproof at all.

Rude pool attendant who didn't speak English but twice scolded us.

The pools were amazing, clean and warm and with variety of jets. The gardens full of blossoms with birds singing. Just a heaven on earth! :)There were regular formal evening programs such as evening dance.

The first room was not cleaned well. When we complained staff acted promptly and we were upgraded to junior suite which was clean and comfortable. The breakfast choices could be improved, especially when local shops are full of fresh seasonal fruits but there are only three fresh varieties available in the hotel. There could be more fresh vegetable. Eggs only come as fried or omelette.

Beautiful modern spa, quiet location, decent breakfast

The staff were not very informative, helpful or overly friendly. The dinner was really disappointing. Either dry or lacking flavour. Had to remind them several times that i was pregnant and couldnt eat certain things. The bed was also rock hard which made it very difficult to sleep on your side.

The pools are new renovated, facilities are good, few outdoor swimming pools & one are very big and long, indoor pools are nice & modern, many nice sitting area. Staff are nice & professional, including front desk check-in & night shift men/women (excuded the check-out morning cashier man), the restaurants (breakfast & dinner) all the staffs with nice professional welcome smile, cleaning maids are response quickly for items; most are speak fluent English.

The only thing I didn't like is the check-out cashier young staff (man), he was quiet impolite, probably don't understand much English (sorry I am not italiano) and no smile to us, which my partner also mentioned that afterwards...I think this hotel can take a better one or give more training, it's very important when the customer going to pay but has this response return.
