Pool and spa facilities are fantastic and I was very pleased that they keep the pools open till 11:30 PM... perfect way to spend the late night. Room was small but comfortable (could hear my neighbors blow-drying their hair and yelling to one another at 1AM, but these things seem unavoidable). Breakfast selections were varied and plentiful.

First morning no menu was presented to me, so when I was asked if I wanted eggs, I thought that was part of the breakfast. I ended up with a 14 euro cheese omelet and a 3 euro bottle of water. The second day I knew better, but they could do a bit better explaining the breakfast situation.

Beautiful hotel with an attentive and personable staff, a sumptuous breakfast, and first-rate spa facilities. I also ate my other meals in the hotel restaurant -- all terrific. Easy walk from the train station. Reasonably priced. Indoor and outdoor pools were both not only comfortable temperature-wise but also beautifully constructed. I had several massages and mud treatments, all unique and enjoyable. Hope to be back someday.

The room was a bit warm, and I couldn't figure out how the air conditioning worked.

Spa facility and breakfast were great.

I was charged twice for the city fees... One by booking and another by the hotel.

It had a mix of old school Italian hotel style and a new spa hotel. Big car park, reception with very helpful staff. Nice well stock small bar with great staff. Standard small double room was very nice and well equipped. Access to spa was included and overall the spa was great!

Price of main restaurant food was a little high.

Hotel is beautiful and staff are amazing. Spa and treatments are lovely.

The bed and the pillows were really uncomfortable. Could do with another restaurant.

Beautiful location and facilities. Loved the chic decor, wonderful staff. Amazing spa treatments, great doctor and therapists. The pools and spa circuit were stunning. Didn’t want to leave.

The room was small.

Clean -quiet - beautiful - staff was wonderful ! There are bigger thermal pools, but this one is so nice with adults only. Also- it isn’t overcrowded, so you don’t need a lot of extra room. Felt like they kept the numbers lower to create the perfect balance. The peaceful ambiance helped me relax and unwind after a busy holiday season. I will be back!

Great place, we enjoyed it with my wife for a week and it was an AMAZING experience! The staff, the thermal pools and showers, the food, everything was really amazing!The bedrooms were ok, I would have preferred a bit more comfortable beds, both for me and my wife were a bit too hard, but overall they were ok.

In the beds there was a bit of an annoying noise coming from a vent next to the bedroom entrance, as far I understand there were pipes and ventilation there, the staff turned off some stuff to reduce the noise, which drammatically improved it, but there was still a bit of it.However it was ok and didn't have a relevant impact on our amazing stay!

Fantastic, elegant quality of room, restaurant, spa, pools, food and massage treatment service. Very competent, polite a d friendly staff who were spontaneously helpful.Matteo and Daniela at the Front of house ( reception) were outstanding, so were Camilla and Michele who did our massages.

Challenging question

The swimming pool and thermalpoolwere great. the aqua therapy spa was really nice as well.

Our room was not ready for check in , it was an hour delayed. The restaurant in the hotel is very expensive but the food is mediocre at best. There is a smell in the hotel which was not pleasant, for a wellness spa the aromas should be elevated.

Perfect stay, we love this hotel and we will return again. It is a perfect place to stay and relax. Pricing is good and amenities are perfect. Pool is far above any expaectations.

Waiter at pool does not undersand not one word in English, it was rather difficult to get coffe and water :) , Also, No English language TV channels. But this is small things, hotel is very very good, highly recommended.

Surround in really very boring , nothing to do only one option to stay at hotel and spa , if you a young it would be boring

Breakfast was awesome. We enjoyed the spa and the pools very much.

The dinner was just OK. It would be great to have a bit more knowledgeable waiters. It would be great if it was easier to exchange the bathrobes as there is no way to dry them out in the rooms.It became hot in our room and the AC was not turned on in the whole facility in May.

Charming hotel. It was full of Christmas Spirit. The decor was old world with comfy couches, chairs, tables all through the lobby. They accommodated my dog and my gluten free diet. I have reservations for Christmas since it was so cheerful I couldn’t wait to go back again.

The closet had a strange bright light when you opened the door. The door was glass so I found no need for such a bright light. To get the light off, you had to close the closet and it screeched from the metal scraping.

A nice spa area and out door pool. The spa area is more modern that the hotel but the connection corridor between the two is in a bad state of repair.

This hotel is far from the advertised 5 stars. From the time we arrived we thought we had come in the back entrance. No one to meet us to help with our bags and we stood at reception wondering if anyone would appear. We were taken up to our room which was very underwhelming and did not look like the photos we had seen on the website. The rooms are advertised as 28sqm our room was a cramped 21sqm with a balcony of 1/2sqm meter wide running the length of the room and a view of weeds on an abandoned piece of land. The bathroom is also small. We had purchased breakfast with our room and arrived at breakfast at 9.40am breakfast closed at 10.30am. There was nothing left on the buffet table and nothing was replaced. It took us 20mins to order a coffee and when we asked for a menu thinking we would be able to order some breakfast we were given the dinner menu. Nothing else was offered to us. The English communication was poor in the dining room. We decided to go down the road to find something to eat. The hotel had an unusual vibe and we decided to cut our loss and check out 24 hours early . The hotel did give us a partial credit back towards the night we weren’t staying and we were grateful for that.

I traveled with three of my friends. We all booked separately, check in was easy, staff spoke English well, very accommodating and thorough. Hotel was clean, quiet, and relaxing.

the service at the restaurant (they served us the starter before taking the order for the wine, they served us the main course before serving the wine, you don’t want to rush when you dine in a SPA hotel right?) and they ask you extra money if you like to use the thermal pools the day of departure (despite you have few treatments booked the same day). nonsense!!!
