Standard double bed room was large.

Front facing room is fairly loud with the window open. Walk to spa is quite long and confusing. Free wifi was not very good. Bedroom shower area was flooding. Parking was an issue (opening gate etc)

The position of hotel is quiet. Very good service and restaurant.

Some rooms need to be absolutely renovated. A Braun carpet very old and stinky is combined with a bathroom without window or ventilation. This is a terrible combination. We became sick there.

Food is excellent from breakfast to dinner.

For a 4 star property, no toothpaste, no slippers.

Room was so small

This is a hotel where you go to for the thermal baths. However, dinner was very good as well, with a nice menu, reasonably priced and live music. Breakfast spread was very good, and on the Sunday with live harpsichord music.

The breakfast was excellent. The spa was top notch. Venice was just a 1 hour train away.

The hotel itself is beautiful. Classy but affordable. The terme pools are quite large and have a diverse assortment of therapies. The Nero Spa was so relaxing and my husband and I could have spent more time here. Several different saunas, steam rooms, and sensory areas. We also paid to have all 3 meals included in our stay and the food was amazing. The wines we tried were all excellent. The hotel also had a live pianist and harp player at different meals. The experience was all around incredible!

The only "issue" we ran into was at check in; as, we are native English speakers. Our receptionist was lovely; but, we struggled a bit to understand information and the contract was only in Italian. Which fair enough, they are located in Italy. An English procure would have helped with confusion though. Everything else was excellent. Wish we had stayed longer!

The hotel was very good and I recommend it. Especially for sports people that require physio.The gym is good and the services (massages, Spa,...) are exceptional.My only advise is not to book through booking.com. Go direct!

The pools and the spa are the best things of this hotel and it worth a stay just for this. The hotel is very nice, clean and in a nice position. The parking is available for free and the wellness are is huge and very well structured.

The staff is not always very professional or kind, sometimes they were a bit rude or they seemed very tired and not very willing to help. The breakfast was not super various, at least for the salty part. The water wasn't include in the half board nor in the restaurant neither in the room.

Peaceful, wonder views, great restaurants nearby and very helpful staff. Poolside restaurant was wonderful, breakfast excellent but we never made it to the inside restaurant in the evenings. Spa and staff excellent.

I booked - and was then told that using the pools cost £40 pp extra. this was the main reason for booking this hotel!also the room was super heated - we turned the heating off and the towel rail off and had the window open all night
