Staff at the reception….

Well maintained with good facilities, friendly and professional staff. It’s a bit far from the train station if you want to walk, but not impossible. A great place to get away. They are very accommodating to anyone needing a gluten-free diet. Overall and excellent hotel and spa.

What did we like....? Simply EVERYTHING. People were excellent, kind, helpful & friendly! Facilities utterly superb! Breakfast selection, quantity and quality - first class! Location was easily accessible. Loads of parking. Nice clientele. Couldnt fault it at all, just wish we could have stayed longer!

Clean , quiet, large beautiful garden

I was surprised how was our stay fantastic! I did not expected anything and got everything? We travelled with 2 kids, one only 8 months old and support from stuff was unexpected. Nothing was not problem! Pools were great, food also without any issue, all and all service were fantastic. Maybe hotel can be a little older but bcs of good care about it, there is anything to mentioned. Highly recommmed and hope we can come back soon?

Maybe can be a little problem with short period for lunch and dinner, especially for families with small kids.

Food, facilities, location, staff.

Restaurant was very bright (lighting) for the evening meals. they need to install dimmers ?

Everything was great, including the property, pools, lounge chairs, rooms and staff.The entire hotel was very clean They offer a wide variety of spa treatments, including mud, massage, etc Also, when you put your head under water, you can hear music.

Steps to go down to the pool seemed a bit dangerous, especially for old people. HOWEVER, they do have an elevator a bit farther away.

Hotel Garden Terme is super relaxing. It has gorgeous pool facilities. Every inch of the property is meticulously maintained. Breakfast is gorgeous.

sauna was not open, but advertised in the sales pitch.

the pool, health facilities and the gardens were beautiful. the owner sent my husband a bottle of Prosecco for his birthday. which was kind. thank you.

the property was so old fashioned. the staff were rude and abrupt. despite telling them I was coeliac in advance the receptionist was over directed and upsetting towards me for not doing so in advance. the room booked was listed as superior, this was not our experience. the average age of guests is quite third age. based on this guest demographic not sure how the hotel can sustain its current offer. the food was traditional. but for celiacs despite being coeliac approved was appalling a microwave schar lasagna for a main meal costing 26 euros is simply not good enough. I was not allowed to use the luggage trolly not allowed to iron my clothes and was not given clear guidance on the use of the pool or other facilities. the cost was eye watering for what we received. Sadly the facilities do not match the cost. the hotel could be outstanding but sadly it is not.

Both rooms and bathrooms are very clean for such an old hotel. Breakfast is quite good. The staff are quite helpful. The pool Bar Venezia has quite a decent selection of sandwiches, drinks and desserts.

At the poolside, guests put tags on the plastic lounge chairs with the best location (right in front of the pool) and leave the tag for th rest of their stay to reserve them but they're hardly ever used. So practically a ring of empty lounge chairs around the pool. This is frankly unacceptable! Every guest in the hotel should have the opportunity to use the best situated chairs. There shouldn't be this system of reserving the lounge chair at all. It should just be first come first served!

Excellent swimming pools and treatments.

the sheets on the beds were very thin. That was my only complaint. Otherwise, it was an excellent room and hotel. The accommodations were excellent.

This was my third visit in 12 months. So that should tell you something.

Breakfast was absolutely tremendous, really excellent , one could not ask for more!!
